Sunny loft studio in the heart of North Williamsburg You'll love the warm light, soft colors and open layout of this ca. 1600 sqft loft only steps away from the Bedford L Train Station and the vibrant neighborhood of North Williamsburg. Equipped with an open kitchen, full bathroom (including tub), spacious balcony and breakout room, this unique space lends itself to anything from photo shoots, events, team meetings, press presentations and showroom activities.

The space is primarily a comedy club that has 2 rooms. One we use for the show room (set up with a stage, 60 chairs, and audio mixing equipment) and the front space is where we hang. We call the nostalgic vibe "grandma's basement" - cozy, lots of seating, bright colors. The beauty of both rooms is that we can help them be whatever you want. We are a barebones operations (that is rich with furniture) so you have a lot of room to make it your own. This modular space inside our Tasting Room is great for small meetings, private tastings, casual get togethers, birthday parties, game night, and much more. The walls can be closed to reserve space for 10-25 people or the opened walls and a stanchion can reserve space for up to 50 people in a semi-private floorplan. Whatever your event needs!

We're a Brooklyn warehouse gym, with ropes, tires, pull-up bars, atlas stones... that kind of thing. We also just so happen to have a big space in a neighborhood that doesn't have very many big spaces. If you're interested in renting full days, please contact us -- we can arrange that at a higher price point.

The museum permanent collection room offers an intimate setting with a unique "cabinet of curiosities" ambiance ideal for photography or film shoots. The back yard features a bar, stage, and screen for projection. It has a casual "neighborhoody" feel with lots of classic Brooklyn character while still being a raw space perfect for creative DIYers.

The Ground floor of our space is great for anyone who is looking to rent a space by the hour for smaller groups, photography sessions, a wellness class, and other projects. Enjoy a homie and intimate vibe and create your own energy within the space. Ground floor has plenty of natural light, large windows, and connects to the backyard. Looking to rent our bottom floor between the hours of 9am-5pm for massage therapists, yoga instructors, photographers, and more who need somewhere to meet clients or hold a class during the day. Enjoy a homie and intimate vibe and create your own energy within the space. Bottom floor has a more moody, intimate feel, wood floors, and room to dance or chill. Renting the bottom floor comes with access to our backyard.

Speakeasy Garden Lounge located in the heart of Williamsburg Brooklyn, with private entrance. Perfect for birthday parties, events, cocktail reception, holiday parties etc! We offer bar and food packages at an additional cost.
