Located beneath a Jazz Center near the Williamsburg bridge, our space features its own separate entrance, offering privacy and exclusivity. Recently renovated for creatives, the speakeasy includes art murals, brick walls, high pipe exposed ceilings, and original concrete floors with small drains throughout. Whether you're a photographer or videographer, you'll appreciate the minimal daylight, which allows for complete control over lighting. Additionally, our space features a multicolored LED light system, so you can create the perfect ambiance for your event. Our venue can accommodate up to 60 seated guests, and we offer a selection of furniture that can be rented upon request. The space features a 10-foot long L-bar, small kitchen with fridge, and state-of-the-art amenities such as WIFI, phone reception, a powerful sound system with high-quality JBL speakers wired throughout, and a DJ booth. We also provide renters with a hanging ceiling movie screen and projector to stage their own film viewings. Our venue is ideal for small gatherings, off-site meetings, conferences, and dinner parties, with a seating capacity of 85 people. We are selective in booking events to ensure the safety and success of every gathering. Our team offers DJ and bartender services, and we are committed to providing an experience that your guests won't forget. While we regret that our space is not yet wheelchair accessible, we are working towards it, and your rentals will help us get there. Our hourly rate is $260 on weekends (Thursday to Sunday) and $230 on weekdays (Monday to Wednesday). There is a five-minute grace period for set-up and breakdown, with a $10 charge for each additional minute. For events with 55 or more guests, we provide Black Cellar appointed security for an additional fee of $45/hr. We require a mandatory security deposit of $200, which is refundable upon completion of the event with no damages or fees incurred. We wanted to create an intimate space where clients would feel at ease. We host a lot of events for women and it's a warm and cozy space for photo-shoots, lectures, wellness and spiritually oriented events. We are fully equipped for yoga and have mats and yoga props on site. Our sanctuary is soundproof and great for filming yoga videos, podcasts and hosting workshops. This location is versatile and perfect for retail pop-ups, classes, baby showers, blessing ways, and book signings. We also have a charming backyard accessible to guests that is a perfect addition to this gorgeous newly renovated 2 room space where you can host a dining experience or cocktails outside. We are all about supporting women in business and and personal development and want the space to be a hub for not only our endeavors but those of aligned event organizers. Welcome to our flexible classroom, rehearsal, and event studio space, featuring a fully-stocked lobby, three beautiful rehearsal and recordings studios, outdoor space, and yup - even a Street Fighter II arcade console. This newly renovated 2500 sq foot space makes you feel right at home in one of Brooklyn's best and most accessible neighborhoods. You enter into the the lobby space tastefully and peppily decorated, with seltzers, sodas, and snacks available. Need to kill time? Boot up the Street Fighter II classic arcade console and see who wins. Next, enter Studio 1 - a 350 sq ft Green Screen studio with 12 chairs + sofa, and a pro lighting set-up, and 11’ ceilings. Attached to that is our soundproofed recording studio, which includes everything you need to record a podcast or music (*2 Shure MV7 Podcasting mics, 2 Bluebird SL Large-Diaphragm vocal mics, HP60 Presonus Yamaha MG10XU, U-Phoria UMC404HD, MIDI keyboard, Macbook Pro). Next up we got Studio 2 - a 450 sq ft airy classroom with 11' ceilings and a skylight, 20 chairs, and a powerful JBL Partybox 310 Bluetooth speaker.
