Regardless of the actual time of day, the light in the room is controllable, from bright daylight to a subdued evening glow. RECORDING SOUND? It's a new space, and so far has been quiet enough for recording clean audio. That said, we are not a sound stage and can't guarantee that there won't be occasional sounds from the hallway, or a random car horn. Our 1490 sq.ft. studio is available for photo, video & audio productions as well as showroom use and special events. Located in the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn and boasting soaring ceilings that fill the space with copious amounts of natural light, the studio serves as a chic neutral canvas inviting you to bring your creative vision to life. This all white open loft features a 15 ft high beamed ceiling, stainless steel kitchen and a mosaic tiled bathroom with freestanding bath. We also offer a sound studio for audio and pod recordings as well brand new photography equipment available for hire. The studio is located on the first floor of a pre-war building with freight elevator use requested upon booking. There is easy street parking and a great selection of restaurants within walking distance.

This modular space inside our Tasting Room is great for small meetings, private tastings, casual get togethers, birthday parties, game night, and much more. The walls can be closed to reserve space for 10-25 people or the opened walls and a stanchion can reserve space for up to 50 people in a semi-private floorplan. Whatever your event needs!

Hello, this big beautiful ground floor space is currently an office yet will be vacant end of November 2023 and available through the holidays for most types of meetings and events. There is direct private access from the street via an old cobblestone path through oversized 14 foot tall double doors and an outdoor atrium. The space has a 40' long custom built glass wall facing southwest. There is also a large private conference room and two smaller rooms for 1:1 meetings or phone calls- or for party prep and storage. There are 25 stackable chairs available, and various other seating and tables and decor upon request - even a ping pong table. The pantry has a large sink, refrigeration and dishwasher for event party prep and service. Baseboard heat is efficient and quiet and space is well lit day or night.
