This spacious house is located in the heart of West Hollywood. The grounds feature a stunning 1,974 sq. ft open floor plan with high ceilings, beautiful wood floors, multi-zone air conditioners and heaters, fireplace, and an abundance of natural light. The entire house is painted white for extra brightness, clean look and feel. All of the furniture is from Gestalt New York, Feelgood Designers, and Friends Founders. The space includes a bedroom available as a changing/wardrobe room and an empty room that is perfect as a production space. We have plenty of space perfect for meetings, conferences, work sessions, etc! Including a conference room with a large table, printer, and tv display available for use, office-wide WiFi, access to the kitchen and main front room for breaks, a larger room off the kitchen for 1-1 meetings or calls, and more. We offer full or half day bookings (8am-2pm / 2pm-8pm). Included in your booking is use of the entire backyard + Guest House. The Guest House is a quaint and private 1BR 1B space that has its own entrance. This beautiful, airy space has air conditioners and heaters, a large abundance of natural light, and a small kitchenette. The Guest House also has its own private deck with outdoor furniture and a hammock for your use. The stunning backyard is located on a .31 acre lot with an 8ft long banquet table, lounge area and a sparkling 8 ft. pool. The residence is 2,100 square feet of living space and has a clean, open feel with minimalist aesthetics. Its large rooms and windows completely open to a back yard with a hillside view. VERY LARGE UNOBSTRUCTED OPEN SPACE KITCHEN. Large living room with a fireplace. The home has wifi. The house is ideal for celebrity shoots, commercial shoots, photoshoots, interviews, music videos, film productions. Book for a full day and we will be glad to offer lunch for the crew (up to 8 pp).

An incredible gem in heart of West Hollywood!! The light here is unbeatable. The studio has north facing large window wall making it perfect for photo shoots. A cute pink kitchen and lush dressing room makes a beautiful backdrop. The outdoor space can be dressed with lots of vignettes to shoot in. We are respectful of our neighbors so no exterior shots before 10am or after 5pm. This is a work in progress so will keep images updated. We also offer an extensive archive and luxury designer clothing rental. This would work perfectly for yoga or sound baths.
