Step onto the charming front wrap-around porch . Inside, an array of windows entice natural light to shine. An entry with soaring exposed beam ceilings & Palladium windows.

Health & Safety Policy

We have 7 air purifiers (most are equipped with UV lights), we have sanitizer in bathrooms and request masks be worn and companies test their employees with temperature checks before starting to work. Outdoors masks are optional.

Exterior is what we are offering for location use. To use indoors we must discuss needs per shoot. We have cats and need one room to keep them in during any indoor shoot. We have 5 air purifiers and no carpet to reduce allergens.
