Designed in 1901 by famed architects Warren and Wetmore, who also designed Grand Central Station, The Elizabeth Collective is the former home of Hollywood royalty Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton. The space is situated in the heart of Midtown's Plaza District, long storied for its world-class restaurants, hotels, and shopping. Our first and second floors are perfect for pop-up events, brand activations, fashion shows, and more. The third and fourth floors are home to a rotating gallery space, where established and emerging artists showcase their work, and our sixth floor is home to a brand new photo studio that can be rented through a membership structure or hourly rate. With a mix of polished concrete, dark hardwood, and marble floors, the only word that can be used to describe the space is "stunning." A marble staircase runs from the ground floor to the top floor, and each story in between has intricate design details and lots of windows. The ceilings are also high, adding tons of natural light and a sense of grandeur to the interior. Centrally located in the heart of Manhattan just three blocks south of Central Park, this space gets tons of foot traffic and is easily accessible, with almost all major Manhattan trains a few blocks away. There is a $200 cleaning fee, and outside of the hours from 9-6 Monday-Friday, $50/hour for security. All renters must obtain a COI. The space must be returned in the same condition, otherwise there will be an additional charge for painting or spackling. Only daily rates are available, which begin at $12,000.

Long Eddy | Hancock$150 per hour20Our space a charming renovated barn venue in the Western Catskills set in five acres of gently sloped fields, woods, and ancient stonewalls that has been restyled with a playful and young contemporary style, making it the perfect countryside event destination. The upper level, originally used to store bales of hay, has been tastefully redesigned as a 1500 square feet open space with ample 30 feet high ceilings. The space is ideal for photo-shoots in the country side, as it also offers perfect landscaped land (5 acres). A dedicated lighting system setup for a variety of lights, a Bluetooth capable sound-system with speakers, oversize 12' x 14' contemporary glass paneled full-view door with remote control and plenty of windows for natural light. The 1,200 square feet renovated area of the lower level of the barn, originally housing the farm stables, was fully renovated with an open space design and rustic-contemporary touch and sleeps up to 6 guests. Preserving some of the original building's details, this downstairs of the barn was reinvented as a loft-like living space and preparation area, which includes a spacious kitchen, one large full bathroom, two guest bedrooms with queen size beds, in addition to a study room with a queen size daybed which closes to become a private sleeping room. This unique venue makes it the perfect setting for your photo/film shoot, art event and more.

The space is designed for a flexible event format, perfect for presentations into networking into breakout sessions. If you’re planning on offering catering and bar, we work exclusively with the best in the city and we have the wonderful trained staff, too. There is no outside catering/bar allowed. A big advantage of this space is undoubtedly its location. The venue is very well connected with subway stops only meters away (line 4 and 6). Close to: Empire State Building Grand Central Station Penn Station Herald Square As an additional service, we work with amazing hotels in the area to offer special rates for guests. Inquire with your representative! We're excited to get to know you and your needs to host an epic event! *Includes use of a projector, screen, microphone for speeches. An AV tech is required to run the logistics at $75 hourly (3 hour min). Various extras are available to be booked in addition. An on-site manager at $50 hourly and a door greeter at $30 are required for all events.
