We're a small theater space owned by a theatre company that has been producing in New York since 2014! We put on multiple shows and theatre festivals throughout the year. We have, to date, produced 50 plays through our company.

The Space

Perfect for rehearsals, classes that involve movement (yoga, improv, etc.), film shoots, and of course performances! The stage space is 16 feet wide by 13 feet deep. Two sets of curtains separate the stage from the backstage space. Backstage, you'll find a 16 foot green screen wall, a mini fridge, and Keurig coffee machine - please feel free to use what you'd like! The skylight backstage can be covered if needed, just say the word. The stage right wall of the theater is a deep, rich, unique purple color. Above the audience seating is two chandeliers. While we are able to have up to 40 seats in the space, current COVID-19 guidelines state that only about 14 seats can be filled with audience members. Tech booth, sound board, and basic lighting board are available, as are regular house lights.

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

Before us, a tenant used a LOT of chemicals, which means that we have a wonderful air vent that is used to propel any inside air out into the world in between guests. We also open our skylight so fresh air can come in (please note that it is not in the same area as the vent is sending air OUT to). Everything is thoroughly wiped down and disinfected. We have repurposed our fog machine, turning it into an air sanitizing machine so we can get into every nook and cranny.
