This elegant venue is perfect for cocktail receptions and formal gatherings because of the multi-room setup. It can also be easily converted into a pop-up shop since the space is unbranded, and it comes equipped with a changing area/coat room/full length mirror. Our venue is also well lit with vintage vanities and the Sonos sound system is easy to use with any iPhone. For an additional fee, an event coordinator can help arrange for catering and be on hand the day of the event to coordinate everything. Services by one of our stylists can also be requested for for an additional cost, which can add a fun and unique experience to any event.
Long Eddy | Hancock$200 per hour200Our space a charming renovated barn venue in the Western Catskills set in five acres of gently sloped fields, woods, and ancient stonewalls that has been restyled with a playful and young contemporary style, making it the perfect countryside event destination. The upper level, originally used to store bails of hay, has been tastefully redesigned as a 2,000 square feet open space with ample 30 feet high ceilings that can seat up to 120 guests. The upstairs has a large bathroom (the other bathroom is located downstairs), a dedicated lighting system setup for a variety of party lights, a bluetooth capable sound-system with speakers, oversize 12' x 14' contemporary glass paneled full-view door with remote control and plenty of windows for natural light. The 1,200 square feet renovated area of the lower level of the barn, originally housing the farm stables, was fully renovated with an open space design and rustic-contemporary touch. Preserving some of the original building's details, this downstairs of the barn was reinvented as a loft-like living space and preparation area, which includes a spacious kitchen with caterer’s prep tables, one large full bathroom, two guest bedrooms with queen size beds, in addition to a study room with a queen size daybed. The extensive lawn adjacent to the barn can accommodate an additional number of guests for outside sitting or using tenting. It also offers the option of having separate areas for cocktails, dinner and dancing throughout the property. This unique venue makes it the perfect setting for your wedding, micro-wedding, rehearsal dinner, farewell brunch, farm-to-table dinner, photo/film shoot, art event and more.

The all white floors, original tin ceiling tiles, great natural light, and white brick walls make it excellent for Lifestyle Shoots or Interviews. The loft is often used by fashion photographers, models and other media personalities. The rooftop has one of the most exceptional views of The Empire State Building and The New Yorker. The west side also overlooks the Hudson River and the north, south and east are surrounded by the Manhattan skyline. The space is designed for a flexible event format, perfect for presentations into networking into breakout sessions. If you’re planning on offering catering and bar, we work exclusively with the best in the city and we have the wonderful trained staff, too. If you'd like to bring in your own, there is no outside catering or bar fee and we have an ice machine and refridgerators you may use. A big advantage of this space is undoubtedly its location. The venue is very well connected with subway stops only meters away (line 4 and 6). Close to: Empire State Building Grand Central Station Penn Station Herald Square As an additional service, we work with amazing hotels in the area to offer special rates for Blender Guests. An AV tech is required to run the logistics at $75 hourly (3 hour min). Various extras are available to be booked in addition. An on-site manager at $40 hourly and a door greeter at $32.50 are required for all events.
