The space accommodates up to 35 people, and has acoustic installation and versatile lighting. Starting at $38 an hour, Space 2-4 can be customized with requested furniture to fit your every need!
Our versatile space is conveniently located just steps from Penn Station and is close to all subway lines. Made up of 13 individual studios, Cre8ive can accommodate multiple room bookings and a plethora of uses. Each studio has Wi-Fi, acoustic insulation, and versatile lighting.
We are located in a doorman building, with staff on site. Studios feature oversized windows in exterior facing studios, 12+ foot ceilings throughout, hardwood floors, and access from dedicated extra wide hallways. The floor has three bathrooms (1 ADA accessible and elevator access), and has cold and sparkling water available.
Suitable for Film & Photo Shoots, Meetings, Presentations, Workshops, Interviews/Small Castings, Fittings, Yoga/Fitness classes, Movement/Improv classes, and more!

This listing is for the ADR & PODCAST STUDIO (first picture). The soundproof room can be rented independently or in addition to the adjacent edit bay (also pictured) depending on technical needs of a sound engineer. The room seats 2-4 comfortably and is equipped for video podcasts. There are windows with velvet shades that can connect to the adjacent edit bays but close when needed.
The podcast studio sits within a larger post-production facility MULBERRY STUDIOS -- expansive 5000 sq. ft. loft located in Manhattan's Little Italy neighborhood, founded by filmmakers for filmmakers. A creative hub in New York City that services all stages of the production process and allows for cross-industry collaboration in an aesthetically pleasing space. The facilities include a 30-person screening room with 7.1 surround sound and 4K projection, two edit bays enabled with Avid and Premiere with ample seating and large screen television, two private windowed offices, 12-person conference room, open office desks, full kitchen, two bathrooms with showers, and two phone booths for private calls. Elevator access.
Our 2000 sq ft studio space is equipped with a full bar, kitchenette, speakers, projector setup, and numerous tables & surfaces that are moveable to fit the specific needs for your event.
Our space is extremely functional and versatile. Our facility is located moments away from convenient transportation in the heart of Astoria and Long Island City.
The facility features one large conference room, and is ideal for focus groups, corporate conferences or meetings. The room comfortably seats 18 people, and it includes high end audio visual equipment. Computer workstations may also be provided for trainings - however limited to 8 stations.
The facility is on street level and is highly accessible. Ample street parking available.
Events can range from workshops and classes to meetings and focus groups. Guests of the space will love its convenience to transportation and parking as well as the clean and artistic nature of the facility. Our staff are warm and receptive and scheduling is convenient
