This 650-square-foot street-level storefront is perfect for a retail pop-up or a gallery opening. The space comes furnished with top-of-the-line furniture, sleek shelving, and modern retail displays. Back-of-house storage is also available upon request. The space has one private bathroom. The space is perfect for brand launches, pop-up events, or an art exhibition. Brands and artists can also utilize the space to host opening launch parties, corporate happy hours, private events, and corporate gatherings. The retail space provides a stunning backdrop for gatherings, including art installations and seating for 8-10, as well as two bistro tables for outdoor/sidewalk seating. Surrounded by dozens of great bars and restaurants, this pop-up space is a turnkey solution with many "add ons" included to showcase your brand. The space is a storefront retail store and has a stoop with 3 steps. Longer-term rentals of the space are also available on a weekly and monthly basis. We'd be happy to curate a quote for a longer exhibition. Requests to change out paint colors or swap out secured furniture are discussed on a case-by-case basis and may be an incremental cost. Any alterations to the space including drilling holes into walls must be approved beforehand and may be an incremental cost.

This is 800 sq ft of raw space located directly off a hotel lobby. The room has 15ft ceilings, limestone flooring and projector and screen for any marketing sound system and wi fi all included. The room is bare in décor however we can provide you with minimum - 2 arms chairs, the giant mirror and 6ft folding style tables for setting up displays should you request it. Any other décor would need to be rented and we would be happy to assist you with ideas and vendors should you request.
