As entrepreneurs, we originally designed our home to host our own business retreats, but over time, friends kept begging to use it for their own team meetings and dinners. So we figured, why not let other groups enjoy it as well! The living room, dining room, conversation area, kitchen and sunroom are all open and allow for collective conversation as well as the ability to split into small groups. The dining table opens up to seat 12, but we've used folding tables on the end to allow for even larger groups. We also have a built in projector that is connected to our Apple TV and projects to a large blank wall. Guests are welcome to connect their computers directly to the projector (via a provided HDMI cable) or through the Apple TV or a Chromcast stick. Our outdoor dining area offers a dream kitchen with a griddle, an XL grill, a double burner and 2 warming drawers. We even have a Dutch oven station for the outdoorsy campers out there! Our outdoor table can seat 16 people when pushed together but can also divide into 2 tables accommodating 12 and 8 people. Up under a draping tree is our amazing fire pit. There are 8 dedicated adirondack chairs around it, but there is space for an additional 4 chairs. Do people leave immediately after your meetings? You will find that our home offers such a warm and inviting environment, that people will linger and talk far longer than anticipated. Even the quietest introvert in your group!

This office suite has a lot of opportunity. The first possible use for this chic office space is a conference room for your next important meeting. There two different private conference rooms and one open collab area complete with a conference room table. You may also consider shooting your next professional photoshoot in this space. The entire suite is decorated with high-end furnishings with plenty of natural light. It also boosts a fun and eclectic call room perfect for your next marketing campaign. Another use for this suite is a media room to film your next podcast episode or interview. It comes with the use of several lume cube lights. There are two different feature walls that lends itself to maybe do a wardrobe change to create two separate looks.

Your guests will be pleased to be let in on this secret Atlanta event venue. ​ Our first level features exposed brick and concrete, two reclaimed-wood bars, and a front patio. The main area is 1250 square ft. and is complete with a live audio system, a small stage, and lighting to create the perfect ambiance. The upstairs area is also 1250 square ft. with open seating, and a full kitchen. We are the perfect event venue for your holiday party, birthday party, sweet sixteen, private event, graduation party, team building events, corporate party, and more.

Enjoy a modern and luxury event space suitable for all of your needs! Our newly renovated and upscale loft is located at the nexus of Atlanta’s most established neighborhoods. Only steps away from Ponce City Market. This is an excellent space for a variety of gatherings - business/product launches, art shows, pop-ups, brunches, photoshoots, at the soft loft you can make all your ideas become reality. Holds up 40-50 comfortably (standing). Along with the hosting space itself, there is a quaint waiting room with comfortable seating for when your guests arrive. A modern, black bathroom is available in the space as well, along with a full kitchen area at your convenience. Please note weekend rates are higher due to demand! Set up and breakdown time must be included in your booking hours. If you are needing to extend your booking past 12am, it will be a $150 an hour.
