All interior spaces described are on the same floor. All other spaces and floors cannot be entered without prior written approval.
Rules:
1) Please keep in mind that people live in the mansion and treat them with respect.
2) While your rental allows access to the rooms stated, your team may only be in TWO rooms at a time. This enables you to have one room on camera, while the crew is in an adjacent room off camera. You may not "take over" three rooms at a time.
3) The foyers are the most difficult place to shoot, because they are needed for passage between rooms. If you elect to shoot in a foyer, please be respectful of the residents' need to pass through.
4) The kitchen is not available. It is reserved for use of the residents.
5) Out of respect for residents, please use ONLY the basement bathroom.
6) Street parking is consistently very easy. On-site parking MAY be available IF arranged in advance. No on-site parking without prior arrangement.
7) Due to ongoing improvements, and the challenges of constantly updating photos, decor may differ from posted photos.
8) No violence may be depicted on the property. Nudity is allowed, but NOT waist down, frontal.
9) Owner may provide rights to film some of the artwork, without charge. To be filmed, this artwork must be explicitly stated, in writing. Filming any artwork or copyrighted material without owner’s written approval is at your own legal risk.
10) Anyone not on camera shall wear shoe coverings.
11) Please clean up after yourselves.

Welcome to our gallery space nestled on Bartlett Street in the vibrant Mission neighborhood of San Francisco. In a striking new construction building, the space is a stunner from the street.
Our gallery space boasts the the highest level of professional lighting, ensuring that each piece of art receives the attention it deserves.
The gallery is divided into two areas with a theatrical construction wall in the center that can easily be changed or removed, with manager's consent. There is a separate office / storage / changing room on the back wall. We have a few pedestals, tables and chairs for tenant's use - availability to be confirmed with tenant.

HOUSE RULES
Please return the space as you have found it, and remember that all wrap and clean up time is inclusive of booking hours.
-Studio may be used for photography, video or similar, with the exception of those activities that require, but are not limited to, the use of specialized ventilation, chemicals or flammable props. Studio may be used only for legal business activities.
-There is absolutely NO SMOKING, alcoholic beverages, non-prescription or illegal drugs allowed in the studio.
-Excess trash that does not fit in the bins provided will need to be disposed of off premises.
-Space is suitable for up to 15 people- please inquire if you will have more.
COVID-19 SAFETY:
The studio is fully cleaned and disinfected prior to the arrival of all new guests. Please be prepared to follow the recommended CDPH guidelines and safety procedures while working in the studio, including 1) wearing a face mask at all times, 2) washing and sanitizing your hands at regular intervals, and 3) maintaining a 6-foot distance from others wherever possible.
We have a limited amount of PPE and cleaning supplies on site, but encourage you to bring your own.
INSURANCE: Please provide a COI. Insurance may be obtained through Eventhelper.com. Please list the host as additional insured.
EQUIPMENT SUPPLIED: Marea Productions agrees to provide equipment in good working order, but makes no guarantees as to equipment’s functionality or suitability for Renter’s purposes. Company is not liable for acts out of its control such as power outages, weather or emergencies. In such cases, Marea Productions will refund a prorated portion of Renter’s payment based on actual times studio was non-usable.
Renter agrees to return all equipment in the condition it was provided and to notify personnel of Marea Productions Inc. of any damage, failure, or change in equipment provided.

This space is a loft-style landscape photography gallery. It features 750 square feet downstairs, and about 200 square feet upstairs in an open loft. The front features 18 feet of window light from floor to ceiling and can be accessed by the standard front door, or the optionally-available roll up window garage-style door.
Originally designed as a live/work/retail flex space, it features a small complete galley kitchen, single full bathroom and an open plan loft. The downstairs is typically configured with sofa and mobile art walls. The gallery has fine art photography hanging on the walls and on movable frames.
The exterior of the gallery has a wide 6 foot overhang that provides shade and some shelter from light rain for events that span from inside to outside the gallery. We have multiple sizes of folding tables and folding chair seating for 16 available for your use. The downstairs can comfortably seat 20 people in theater style seating. Guests need to arrange for delivery of rental chairs and tables beyond what we provide.
An Event is defined as a party or any social gathering of any kind with up to 30 people.
A Meeting is defined as a gathering for business or educational purposes with up to 20 people.
Production is defined as producing a creative endeavor with up to 15 people and in a shorter amount of time.
The studio was built in 1894 and converted to live/work spaces 2003. It contains exposed brick, hardwood floors, and raw industrial architecture. The light is incredible all day, we have large floor to ceiling windows facing north west and east. We also have a variety of beautifully curated props to pull from as well as a lot of free space to bring in your own vision.

We have WiFi, a 75 inch flat screen TV, a humongous chalk board, 2 large Whiteboards, Flipcharts, a Nespresso Coffee Machine for complimentary coffee, teapot and a large assortment of teas, complimentary drinks in a fridge, Apple TV, turntable with a tidy collection of really cool LPs.
We have disposable plates, cups and utensils in case you order food. Wine glasses or whatever else you need available upon request. Just let us know or ask in advance.
Our conference tables can be easily folded and taken away if needed.
An adjacent break out room is available upon request. A restroom is a few feet away from the conference room. Additional storage area is available.
A host will personally greet attendees to make sure all of their needs are met. Please don't hesitate to ask for additional things needed for your event. Your satisfaction is our priority.
