This space is a 524 sq foot multi-purpose space indoors connected to a 323 sq foot space as optional to add with also the option to extend your event outdoors. We have up to 60 chairs and folding tables to offer, the space is air conditioned, and we have a kitchen and a side room that can be used for anything. We look forward to your booking!

Available 24/7, these stages can be rented as empty black boxes or with a any level of production services attached, including dedicated fiber internet, lighting, camera, and control room equipment and crew. Our studio is an open space layout that is perfect for many events such as corporate parties, birthday parties, dance parties, bridal showers, engagements, photo shoots, recording shoots, performances, rehearsals, yoga classes, pilates, dance fitness, group fitness and much more. The studio has amazing lighting features with dimming options as well as LED lighting options. Our studio provides an elegant touch to all of your events, photos and video recordings. The studio also has an awesome surround speaker system with 4 four built-in ceiling speakers along with floor speakers to enhance sound quality. Connect with Bluetooth or with our mixer. We also offer a high-quality microphone system to host any of your events, presentations, or performances. We're also excited to provide SMART TV's to enhance all of your events with custom videos. You can also choose to advertise and display your brand logo for your photo shoots and video recordings. Our studio also has a unique stage with excellent lighting for your next virtual streaming performance. We also have TV's in the background so you have the option to display any visuals (logo, lighting effects, etc.) during your event. (Connect with HDMi or USB flash drive) The studio also has new mirrors (6 x 8 Feet) stretching 32 feet across on one side of the building. The ceilings are just under 11 feet - a little higher than the average ceiling height. The studio has central A/C and Heat. We also provide an onsite bathroom. Our studio has 2 large patios, one in the front of the building and the other patio is located at the back of the building. There is plenty of free parking on the street in front of the building. There are 4 reserved parking spaces in the back of the building that leads to an entrance from the back. Additional street parking on W Old Empire Avenue and Wilson Avenue. Great Burbank Location and conveniently located off the 5 Freeway and walking distance to the Burbank Empire Center which is home to many retail shops such as Walmart Supercenter, Target, Marshalls, T.J. Centrally Located in Burbank, Media City, this space is perfect for your team to meet up easily, efficiently and safely . This space is fully equipped with a bathroom, AC, Roll up door, sink and fridge. The Building has brand new high CRI LED fixtures, as well as a key coded door entrance for a convenient and safe check in. The warehouse is left as an open space for you to create your own work environment which also includes 5 nice black fold out tables and 12 folding chairs for your additional needs. This space is very safe and Covid-19 compliant , providing you with 4 large 6 x 6 covid isolation screens. We also use state of the art electrostatic sprayers to fully disinfect the space prior to rental. This large space provides a perfect environment for social distancing and fresh air flow. Ample Parking provided which includes 8 designated spots in front of the building. As well as visitor spots and safe street parking. Space includes High speed internet and plenty of wall power. There is a private small lounge located in the back of the space with a monitor for viewings or smaller private gatherings. Also perfect for Hair and Makeup. Includes a ping pong table and a very large fan. This open warehouse space is directly connected to our other listed space. Production offices including a lounge and a conference room equipped with a large smart TV for video conference and displaying needs. Individual offices for production, editing, or any office needs. The space has a large 6 person open office space located in the back for an open work environment. Desks and chairs included. Spaces available to rent together or individually. Including renting just one office. This space is bright, functional and newly remodeled with a fresh coat of paint ready for you to enjoy an amazing work day or event.

We like to describe this space as the " Gotham Theme ". It's a very low light setting ambience and smoothing feeling. Perfect and ideal for Artist Showcase, Listening party, Gathering Events, Rehearsal, Podcast Sessions and Press Events. We are always open to hear about new from or type of events. Events can be between the times of 7AM-4AM Events that surpass 12AM, there will be a overtime fee, Please contact to discuss. Noise Restricted is lifted after 4PM. This is a nonprofit organization that focuses on after school educational and recreational programs for members ages 6-18. Hundreds of kids come through our days each weekday and we look to maintain a positive, safe environment. We are looking to rent out our space during the late evenings and weekends for some extra fundraising.
