This early 1900's warehouse loft was formerly a Prohibition era distillery, then a spring factory for several decades, and was recently converted into a open loft space with an award-winning kitchen design. The space has many original architectural elements including beams from the World's Fair, 14' ceilings, cast iron pulleys and wheels used to power production machinery, solid oak floors and various Chinese and Japanese elements. The kitchen won 2nd place in Signature Kitchens & Baths mag!

Our cozy 450 sq ft studio is ideal for solo photographers, small teams, or creative professionals. This thoughtfully designed space provides the perfect backdrop for your artistic endeavors. Embrace the power of green with our 12' x 17' on-site green screen cyclorama. Concrete floors allow for a myriad of filming opportunities (athletics, instructionals, bouncing, jumping, etc.). Our screen meets the natural floor, so it is NOT a raised stage. By December 1st, 2020, the green screen will also feature an overhead grid for hanging your lights and lighting the greenscreen backdrop. Outlets are located in the ceiling overhead, which makes powering up your lights an absolute breeze. There is a small but comfortable seating area for your talent or for when you need a break. A 50" TV is connected to WiFi, or you can plug your laptop / computer in and preview the day's footage. Do not use the desks in the back, computers, or take any items off of the black shelving.
