NOISE All music/noise must be kept to a respectable level. There is zero tolerance for noise complaints, and all music must be kept at a reasonable level by 10PM, adhering to Chicago noise laws. OVERTIME All booking start and end times include setup and tear down time, so please include that in your reservation. All items brought into the space must be removed by the end your reservation. Overtime will be charged in 30 minute increments at a rate of 1.5 times our hourly rate. CLEANING The cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, however, guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition they found it in. We appreciate guest tidying up after themselves. Additional $150+ CLEANING FEE will be charged for use of GLITTER or CONFETTI in the space, if cleaners find a presence of biohazard risk messes (example: vomit), or destruction of property. DAMAGES Please respect the space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file. A walk-through is required before and after all bookings. ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES The use or involvement of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property and may result in law enforcement participation. Security system is in use on premise at all times. SMOKING There is no smoking allowed in the space.

We are guest friendly. Are in house rules are flexible with attendance, please ask if you have any questions. We provide a safe, clean space for guest showcases and events on a particular budget. Our hours are from Noon - Midnight. Exceptions can be made for events under 30 people.

Clients can request a fresh coat of white paint up to 48 hours before their rental for a $150 fee. The Cyc floor and walls must be returned in the same condition in which they were rented. Renters are responsible for the labor and materials to return the stage back to clean white per Studio's discretion. The Cyc may be painted a color other than white for a fee of $500 + the cost of paint and supplies. This includes necessary prep, paint, and dry time before and after the rental period to restore the stage to white. All painting must be done by Mainstage staff. All other painting requests will be discussed on a case by case basis.

Additionally, the West side features a bar, and bonus "Blue Room" in the rear, which can be used as a cocktail lounge, kids zone, video village, extra seating, or any other special space you might need for your event or shoot. Our spacious Dance studio is perfect for your next event! Within our 1200 sq. Ft. space we offer a closing sitting area complete with sofa and coffee table. You can bring your own food and beverages. The venue is perfect for both larger gatherings and events as well as more intimate purposes. We offer a clean naturally lit venue as well as tables and chairs. You may rearrange the furniture for the duration of the event to fit your needs. The space can hold at least 70 people. Your welcome to check it out your self ahead of time to make sure it’s exactly what you need an even to start planning your event! You can contact us to make an appointment to come and see the studio.
