There is a bathroom on the property and central AC/heat. All fixtures are handmade and add a homey feel to the grayscale interior. A small curtained-off dressing room is in the back corner with a selection of vintage art & decor. Classic Chicago exposed vents go across the room along one side of the space. The space is 800 sq ft, only 12 ft wide.

An extra 30 minutes is built into the bookends of your rental to allow you to acclimate to the space and lighting and to clean up after.
