We offer our East Village store in Manhattan for filming, private parties, corporate mixers, birthday celebrations, seminars, concerts, fund-raisers, and company holiday parties. It is also available to rent for your own weekly classes and/or workshops. Our space is located on the ground floor on the 3rd street (between 1 ave and 2 ave) with big windows. The space is approximately 1,200 sqft with maximum occupancy of 74 people. There are chairs, tables, projector, refrigerator, freezer and free Wi-fi available to use. Outside food and drink are allowed to be brought in without extra fee.

Large, light-filled flexible artist's loft in the heart of Soho. All furniture is on wheels and can be moved to modify the space. The space can accommodate many types of events and shoots. Perfect for creative productions, photography and video shoots, showrooms, meetings, baby and bridal showers, and dinner events. High ceilings (12 ft). Lots of windows and natural light. Great Soho view from windows. Boho and Industrial/modern decor and art on the walls. Area with natural light for hair and make-up sections. The loft features a large bedroom that can also be used for staging, wardrobe, equipment, etc. Full chef's kitchen. Full bathroom with 2 sinks and a separate sauna. The loft is on the 5th floor in a walk-up building. We have a freight elevator that can be reserved ahead of time during business hours, for a small extra fee. Additionally, our team can help you carry your equipment up and down. I have a professional photography studio that can also be set up in the loft, including Pro-foto lighting. Perfect for meetings, shoots, productions, showrooms, film, video and photography shoots, lifestyle shoots, holiday parties, and all types of events. Your host is a professional artist/photographer who can help with the production.

We are a full service production company and post production suite in NYC. We have two studios here. One is a hard fiberglass L shaped cyc, and the other is a sound stage that has multiple background options (hanging fabric green screen, seamless paper, brick background, or you can bring in your own set). We also have a color correction suite and an audio suite that are all available for bookings.

Our desirable Fifth Avenue location, only one block from Union Square, makes our studio the first place to check out for your next tv/video or photo production. Two private studios, a shooting kitchen, additional prep kitchen, shooting bathroom, 20 foot cyclorama, full line of in house lighting and grip, 12 foot ceilings, a completely open floor plan with no columns, full blackout capability, and white floors are only some of the features that we can offer to make your next production a huge success.

Light, bright, and clean studio with a 3-camera set-up (4 cameras can be used - but only for certain set-ups), microphones, and an audio engineer. All 4 Cameras are Sony ZV-E10 Microphones are all Shure SM7B’s There is a digital screen in the background to broadcast your podcast logo. Can record with up to 4 people at a time, though the best framing is with 1-2 people.
