We offer our East Village store in Manhattan for filming, private parties, corporate mixers, birthday celebrations, seminars, concerts, fund-raisers, and company holiday parties. It is also available to rent for your own weekly classes and/or workshops. Our space is located on the ground floor on the 3rd street (between 1 ave and 2 ave) with big windows. The space is approximately 1,200 sqft with maximum occupancy of 74 people. There are chairs, tables, projector, refrigerator, freezer and free Wi-fi available to use. Outside food and drink are allowed to be brought in without extra fee.

This is an open, furnished creative loft located at the intersection of SoHo and TriBeCa. Our loft is perfect for smaller meetings, photo/video shoots, and dinners. You'll get fantastic views of the historic landmark architecture in our neighborhood. There is an elevator for moving equipment and people. Additional charges would be for photo/video equipment, events with alcohol, production services, furniture, and more than 10 people.

This space is a sustainable white-box event space that allows for a creative and open floorplan. Boasting 3,500 square feet that can host up to 205 standing and 100 seated, this space is multi-use and state-of the art. There are projectors in the space that are included in your rental fee, including any other equipment and furniture. Within this unique space, a Green Wall brings the outdoors inside with live plants awash in beautiful light. Within the main area of the space, there is a teaching and demo kitchen with Gaggenau appliances that allow interactive cooking demos, or dramatic dining. Located towards the back of the space, there is an airy conference room, featuring a salvaged wood table.

This is a 1500 sq. ft. daylight studio available for photo & video productions, showrooms and special events in Chinatown. With large windows facing south, the main space is flooded with natural light throughout the day. This all white loft features textured brick walls, exposed wood beam ceilings up to 14 feet high, a kitchenette and bar top. Studio is a walk up 4 flights of stairs. ***Photo Production rate = $120 / hour (min 3 hrs) under 9 people. or $130 / hour for 10-15 people. ***Video Production rate = $135 / hour (min 3 hr) under 9 people or $145 / hour for 10-15 people. ***Showroom/Meeting rate = $120 / hour (min 3 hrs) ***Event rate = $220 / hour (depending on size/type) ***Cleaning Fee for events = $150-200 (depending on size/type) *Please note, the studio is a 5th floor walk up (4 flights up). We are a book lovers dream, an open modern space with high ceilings, a stage, bar and sound system, surrounded by murals, and of course, wall to wall books on our signature blue shelves. We invest 100% of our profit back into the local community and are the perfect place for queer and trans weddings, parties or other events. We are queer and trans owned and operated, so you can have your event secure in the knowledge that you are surrounded by your community.

We are a recreational cooking school in SoHo, and when we are not teaching classes, we are happy to rent out our well-appointed kitchen space to those in need of an intimate and very functional kitchen space. The majority of our renters are using the for pop-up dinners or creating food-related photo or film content. Our kitchen is a mix of vintage, modern, and industrial. We have combined the functionality of a commercial kitchen (30 feet of butcher block and stainless steel work tables, metal counter stools, and every possible piece of cooking equipment) tempered with the warmth of home (wooden farm table, blown-glass and enamel pendant lights, 2 massive skylights). We are located on Grand Street (near Lafayette) in SoHo, steps away from some fantastic food shopping in Little Italy and Chinatown. Our space is 1000 square feet and comes with a private bathroom. We are located up 1 flight of stairs on the second floor of a two-story building. If you would like to host a cooking class, private dinner, video shoot, product launch, or any event that requires an inviting and well-stocked kitchen and dining room, please send us a booking request! REDUCED WEEKDAY RATES: For Monday-Friday rentals between 8am - 4pm, we can honor a 4 hour minimum, instead of our required 6 hour minimum rental. RENTAL INCLUDES: All linens (dishtowels, aprons), use of kitchen equipment, servingware, and some food storage. DELIVERIES can be facilitated the day before your rental. You will need to pick up keys from us before your event date and you can leave them with our cleaning staff at the end of your rental.
