We offer our East Village store in Manhattan for filming, private parties, corporate mixers, birthday celebrations, seminars, concerts, fund-raisers, and company holiday parties. It is also available to rent for your own weekly classes and/or workshops.
Our space is located on the ground floor on the 3rd street (between 1 ave and 2 ave) with big windows. The space is approximately 1,200 sqft with maximum occupancy of 74 people. There are chairs, tables, projector, refrigerator, freezer and free Wi-fi available to use.
Outside food and drink are allowed to be brought in without extra fee.

Main Event Venue:
Our space is decorated with custom-made furniture taken from actual barns across the US. The space features a DJ booth overlooking the venue and also modular furnishings designed to be used for events of all kinds. Multiple arrangements can be created to host any type of event from a corporate presentation to a holiday-company party.
The Lounge:
The Lounge is adjacent to the main hall and is comprised of two rooms that can be joined or kept separate according to your needs. It can be converted into a lounge for a more comfortable arrangement, it can serve as a catering/bar area if you'd like to keep those functions away from the main hall or it can be divided into two separate rooms to serve as break-out rooms.

Large, light-filled flexible artist's loft in the heart of Soho.
All furniture is on wheels and can be moved to modify the space. The space can accommodate many types of events and shoots. Perfect for creative productions, photography and video shoots, showrooms, meetings, baby and bridal showers, and dinner events.
High ceilings (12 ft). Lots of windows and natural light. Great Soho view from windows. Boho and Industrial/modern decor and art on the walls. Area with natural light for hair and make-up sections. The loft features a large bedroom that can also be used for staging, wardrobe, equipment, etc. Full chef's kitchen. Full bathroom with 2 sinks and a separate sauna.
The loft is on the 5th floor in a walk-up building. We have a freight elevator that can be reserved ahead of time during business hours, for a small extra fee. Additionally, our team can help you carry your equipment up and down.
I have a professional photography studio that can also be set up in the loft, including Pro-foto lighting.
Perfect for meetings, shoots, productions, showrooms, film, video and photography shoots, lifestyle shoots, holiday parties, and all types of events.
Your host is a professional artist/photographer who can help with the production.

We are a recreational cooking school in SoHo, and when we are not teaching classes, we are happy to rent out our well-appointed kitchen space to those in need of an intimate and very functional kitchen space. The majority of our renters are using the for pop-up dinners or creating food-related photo or film content.
Our kitchen is a mix of vintage, modern, and industrial. We have combined the functionality of a commercial kitchen (30 feet of butcher block and stainless steel work tables, metal counter stools, and every possible piece of cooking equipment) tempered with the warmth of home (wooden farm table, blown-glass and enamel pendant lights, 2 massive skylights).
We are located on Grand Street (near Lafayette) in SoHo, steps away from some fantastic food shopping in Little Italy and Chinatown.
Our space is 1000 square feet and comes with a private bathroom. We are located up 1 flight of stairs on the second floor of a two-story building.
If you would like to host a cooking class, private dinner, video shoot, product launch, or any event that requires an inviting and well-stocked kitchen and dining room, please send us a booking request!
REDUCED WEEKDAY RATES: For Monday-Friday rentals between 8am - 4pm, we can honor a 4 hour minimum, instead of our required 6 hour minimum rental.
RENTAL INCLUDES: All linens (dishtowels, aprons), use of kitchen equipment, servingware, and some food storage.
DELIVERIES can be facilitated the day before your rental. You will need to pick up keys from us before your event date and you can leave them with our cleaning staff at the end of your rental.

Once again, we have always valued the flexibility of our space and have moved our couches, chairs, Rugs, Tables, etc have easily been stashed away for our parties, or meetings into the smaller rooms (not externally outside of the space) and we encourage you see the space as a place where your imagination is limitless within the four walls.
