We offer our East Village store in Manhattan for filming, private parties, corporate mixers, birthday celebrations, seminars, concerts, fund-raisers, and company holiday parties. It is also available to rent for your own weekly classes and/or workshops. Our space is located on the ground floor on the 3rd street (between 1 ave and 2 ave) with big windows. The space is approximately 1,200 sqft with maximum occupancy of 74 people. There are chairs, tables, projector, refrigerator, freezer and free Wi-fi available to use. Outside food and drink are allowed to be brought in without extra fee.

The Lounge: The Lounge is adjacent to the main hall and is comprised of two rooms that can be joined or kept separate according to your needs. It can be converted into a lounge for a more comfortable arrangement, it can serve as a catering/bar area if you'd like to keep those functions away from the main hall or it can be divided into two separate rooms to serve as break-out rooms. Our available spaces range from small meeting rooms to larger conference areas as well as our Lounge/Cafe, large Forest Room and Wellness studio. Your booking cost includes an onsite event coordinator who can make the planning of you event seamless. Amenities include seating, audio visual, monitors, and partial kitchen with large island for bar or food setup.

Note: Currently only accepting gatherings that max out at 25-30 people. Huge space (over 2,500 square feet) with a massive atrium skylight letting in tons of natural light in the heart of the east village. I bought the house in 1996 and completely renovated it in 2003. It's surrounded by lush community gardens on three sides so it's truly an oasis in the city. The house is spectacular - striking modern, industrial design, and high ceilings and skylight inside; outside a HUGE patio GARDEN that's 720 sq. ft (accessible through the kitchen) with a pergola which is illuminated with fairy lights at night. The living room has a dining room table which seats 8-10 that can also be used as a work space. The kitchen has top of the line appliances and bar seating for 5 as well as banquette seating for an additional 5. There is a BBQ in the garden and an outside table that seats 6 with an extra 8 chairs. Additional table and chairs can be loaned. There is also a brand new FIRE PIT table! The house has many different areas so perfect for breaking out in teams/groups. House has Wifi, central air and a fireplace as well as speakers throughout including in the backyard. You can play music through your phone using the Bluetooth. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 additional bathrooms that can be rented out for an extra fee. Local street parking is usually easy to find. The space is perfect for off-site work related events such as brainstorming groups or meetings, as well as baby showers, bridal showers, cocktail parties, pop up dinners or wine tastings and photo and film shoots. Set-up and break-down need to be included in your booking time. When booking please make sure you allow yourself enough time to get the space ready for your event + time to break down and leave the house in good shape. Early arrivals will be accommodated within a 15 minute window without an additional charge. Late departures will be charged after a 15 minute grace period from the official booking stop. THIS SPACE IS NOT APPROPRIATE FOR LOUD, ROWDY PARTIES OR LOTS OF DANCING. Note: I'm currently not allowing guests to bring their own sound system/DJ; however the sound system for the house is excellent and it syncs so you can hear the music in the garden as well.

The loft features a large bedroom that can also be used for staging, wardrobe, equipment, etc. Full chef's kitchen. Full bathroom with 2 sinks and a separate sauna. The loft is on the 5th floor. There is a freight elevator that can be reserved and used ahead of time. I have a professional photography studio that can also be set up in the loft, including Pro-foto lighting. Perfect for meetings, shoots, productions, showrooms, film and photography shoots, lifestyle shoots, holiday parties, and all types of events. Your host is a professional artist/photographer who can help with the production.

This is a french cafe inspired space with clean lines and a welcoming atmosphere. It feels familiar yet modern. This elegant venue is perfect for cocktail receptions and formal gatherings because of the multi-room setup. It can also be easily converted into a pop-up shop since the space is unbranded, and it comes equipped with a changing area/coat room/full length mirror. Our venue is also well lit with vintage vanities and the Sonos sound system is easy to use with any iPhone. For an additional fee, an event coordinator can help arrange for catering and be on hand the day of the event to coordinate everything. Services by one of our stylists can also be requested for for an additional cost, which can add a fun and unique experience to any event.
