This dreamy loft space boasts 12 foot ceilings, polished concrete floors, and fantastic natural light all day long thanks to the charming 50 foot wall of eight large southeast facing windows. This gorgeous, sun-drenched, open spaced DTLA loft will inspire you everywhere you look! This downtown studio is perfect for photo and video shoots including: Editorial, Fashion, Beauty, Portrait, Product, Headshot, Commercial, Film, Kickstarter, Video, Promotional, Documentary, TV series, Web Series, Podcast, YouTube, Instagram, etc. It’s worth noting that the light is especially gorgeous, flooding into the space as early as 7am (these images were taken at 10:30 am) Also, the light can be controlled with black out shades if needed. To amplify the vitality of the space, you’ll also find many happy and healthy natural plants here. The projector is an especially interesting touch, and a cool addition to photoshoots and events. We have excellent parking and load-in accommodations. Parking is $8 flat rate for all day in the parking lot downstairs. We have a loading area with access to an elevator to make loading easy. IMPORTANT Booked hours must include load-in/load-out, set up, and tear-down or 1.5x overtime fees will apply in 30 minute increments. There is no free overtime. BOOKED HOURS Hours are calculated when the first person arrives and last person leaves. No refunds for any unused time. PARKING Parking is not included with your booking and it is a separate fee. Parking lots are independently operated and we are not responsible for any theft or damage. Several other parking lots with a flat all-day rate exist across the studio, street meters, and yellow commercial loading zones at the building’s entrance. ELEVATOR The elevator is shared among all tenants, it is on a first come first served basis, its use cannot be reserved during the standard hours of operation, requires a staff member. LOAD-IN / LOAD-OUT The elevator is accessible via the Santee alley entrance and vehicles/trucks usually park in alley by the entrance. Vehicles should be moved after unloading/loading to avoid parking tickets. SECURITY CAMERAS Please do not touch, cover or unplug the security cameras. Footage is strictly confidential and recorded 24/7.

Restaurant Bar located in Downtown Los Angeles known for its fun vibes and party atmosphere. The venue measures 2,200 square feet with a max occupancy of 165. Catering and drinks services must be provided by the restaurant. Catering Service packages vary by party size, inquire for menu options and bar services. Seating is comprised of : 1 community table (10 people), 1 bar table (6 people), 12 main bar stools, 2 full tabletop booths (5-6 people), 3 half table top booths (2 people per table). Additional seating may be available upon request. Sound system is available at no charge -- must provide own music player or a DJ can be provided upon request, price is TBD based on needs. Graphic Design and Promotional services can be provided upon request, price is TBD. An on-site manager is required for most events.

This is a gorgeous 1600 sq ft space with high ceilings with an amazing city view. Floor to ceiling windows to let in lots of natural light. The space is perfect for doing portraits, product shots, smaller fashion shoots and video interviews, music videos and filming. If you're looking for more of a nighttime feel, the space provides one of the most stunning views of Downtown LA looking over the city night lights. With LED light set up around the glass windowed to wash the class with great ambiance. Blue LED strips set up all across by the pool table area and behind the TV stand to wash the white walls will have an amazing background effect. The light in the hallway, above the kitchen area and the bedroom are multi color LED light bulbs that are controlled via controller and app. Chandeliers are dimmable to at more balance and color effect. The classic art work and décor adds elegance and class. There will be a site rep present to assist, answer any questions you might have and to help make your rental experience the best one. ** Have ID present on the day of the shoot ** ** Please bring masks and use masks when in the common areas. elevator and hallway ** ** No glitters, no sparkly products, no fog machine or smoking inside the space ** ** Bedroom must be requested in advance, and location manger will have to be present for the duration of the bedroom use, since personal belongings are inside, and we be locked of after finish using it. The loft is located in a beautiful live/work loft in Historic downtown LA. It has a breathtaking open view of the city skyline and the skyscrapers. It is 50ft x 35ft and it has a 9 foot high ceiling. Our studio is a 1,700 sq ft open space, featuring huge windows on one full side. The studio is beautifully decorated and located in the center of the historical Downtown Los Angeles.

Please treat it as if it were your own. That’s all I ask! Now on to the fun stuff… The studio is located in a beautiful penthouse loft in a 1920 building in Historic downtown LA. There are two elevators* to get up to the loft on the 14th floor. The space is 50ft x 40ft and there's 1800 SQ ft available for production. The ceiling is 15ft high (it's very high!!!) It has brick walls, large windows all around the loft providing lots of natural light and grey polished concrete flooring. Once closed, the thick blue velvet curtains block most of the day light. It's furnished and all the furniture, artwork and plants you see in the photos are available, movable (with care ;) and usable for your set. Just place everything back where it was at the end of your booking. We have a dolly you can borrow to load your equipment and the studio comes with 3 continuous daylight balanced lights: one Godox SL200Wii, one Aputure 120d and one Godox SL60. They all have a softbox and are on C-stand. The STUDIO area - 12 ft wide seamless backdrop in white, black or chromakey green. You'll just have some police sirens and helicopters once in a while but that's pretty standard for DTLA. No noise either coming from neighbors and there's no construction site close by. *Elevators dimensions W76xL57xH91 inches and the door is 82x42. It's easy to roll in and load your equipment from the parking lot to the loft.
