Welcome to our sunny and spacious modern Venice Beach house. It is located on Main St, just a few steps away from Abbot Kinney and a block from the beach. Inside the 2,000 sqft, you will find two separate units. Downstairs we have a large patio deck, fitted with a BBQ grill, a large wooden dining set, fitted with umbrella that seats six people. There is also a single carport garage with modern sliding gates, that has convenient access to an alley for loading/unloading of any large items or production equipment. Inside the downstairs unit we have a full chef's kitchen, equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances and a large white quartz counters. The unit features mid-century modern inspired furnishings, including 2 couches, large floor rug, and glass coffee table. The house comes fully equipped lightning fast wifi (Google Wifi). The bedroom has a full sized wooden bed, two bedside tables and chair, and built in closets. The space features wooden floors throughout. There is a large glass shower/restroom. In the upstairs unit, enjoy immense natural light. It is an expansive open concept living area. Full bathroom with separation between large glass steam shower room and restroom, and a large soaking tub outside. This studio bedroom comes complete with a metal four poster California King Bed. The space offers a refined sleek, mid-century modern aesthetic with wooden flooring throughout. To date, we have hosted over 100 productions would love to be a part of your next project! The house has served as a backdrop/set for countless network TV pilots, feature films, fashion photoshoots, music videos, web series, cooking shows, student films and major brand commercials. We also require an insurance policy in the homeowners name and a $2500 deposit to be paid with check or via PayPal in which will be returned within 3 business days if the property suffers no damages. We also require our location manager to be on site at a fee of $250 for a crew of 8 or less, $450 for larger crews for unto 10hrs then $40 dollars an hour there after. The base rate starts at $250 an hour for for a crew of 8 or less, crews of 8-12 pay additional $50 an hour, crews of 12-16 pay an additional $100 an hour and crews of 16-20 pay an additional $150 an hour. This is due to more wear and tear to the house over time. FILMING, PHOTO SHOOTS & PRODUCTION -- Please be up front with what you're looking to do, and we'll be happy to work with you to make your project a success! This striking space is part of a 16-unit complex designed between 1926 and 1939 by R.M. Schindler​, one of the forefathers of Modern architecture, on a street-to-street downward sloping lot in the Silver Lake neighborhood of Los Angeles. Schindler’s client for the project was his friend Herman Sachs, a Romanian-born muralist and decorator known for his work on the Bullocks Wilshire Building, Union Station, and City Hall. Synonymous with old Hollywood glamour, the apartment at this Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument feels like being in a bygone era. It’s an inspiring space, with improbably high ceilings and a huge window showcasing the unobstructed views overlooking Los Feliz, the iconic Hollywood sign, and the Griffith Observatory. The space employs extensive use of glass, plaster, and wood – characteristics of the Modernist style with which Schindler is usually associated – in addition to a distinctive art deco flair. Sachs was known for using his studio loft workspace as a gathering space, often hosting dinners and concerts for his coterie of bohemian friends. During a painstaking three year restoration, the original cabinetry, finishes, and Schindler-designed furniture were carefully researched and, wherever possible, restored or re-created. The first floor space has an airy, open concept living/dining room and full kitchen, in addition to a half bath and large closet/storage space (in addition to a Origin Acoustics 7.1 surround-sound speaker system with six recessed speakers and subwoofer, Paradigm soundbar, high-end projector, and hanging art installation system. Use of these features may be possible, depending on the intended usage). The second floor space has a sleeping space with daybed, full bathroom, and entryway/office that is ideal for hair and makeup. Schindler was a genius at window placement - natural light streams throughout every nook and cranny of the apartment. The Platform Home designed furniture (tables, stacking chairs, couch, hexagon seater, stools, daybed, etc.) has been selected for easy breakdown or reconfiguration, making the apartment an ideal setting for a multitude of shoots and events.

For photo or video shoots that require high heels, it's is recommended that only at the time and spot of shoot the the heels to be worn at guests own risk and responsibility with understanding that guest may be charged for repair costs or for damaging the floor. • NO smoking, cannabis, reincarnation drug or similar substance use indoor or outdoor within the property lines. • If A/C or heating is used, all windows & doors must be closed. • Moving of furniture is not allowed (moving and putting back is also not allowed) unless discussed and agreed prior. Moving furniture without authorization will be charged at hourly rate per room. • No fake blood or stain-able products to be used on site. No nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building. No glitter or confetti of any kind is allowed on site. No sparklers, Roman candles, or fire producing gags or effects. No face painting, hand paints, stains, or other similar activity allowed. •. A 1954 vintage aluminum trailer, large furnished patio, 2nd vintage trailer and a shady gazebo offer all you need for an unforgettable Splacer event. A fabulously furnished 1954 Spartan Manor, a rare and very collectible 24' trailer is restored to its utmost glory. The little trailer is an also very rare 1963 wood interior office trailer can be used for a dressing room.
