Ideal for period-set photo shoots and productions, this mid-century home - it was built in 1951 - straddles the line between authentic 1950s/1960s Los Angeles and updated retro chic. Each room in the five-bedroomed, 4,100 square foot house is distinctive from the rest; graphic wallpapers, pops of paint color on walls, design-centric artifacts, and accents. The open-plan Californian ranch-style home also allows in plenty of natural light and includes a large, lush backyard filled with trees.

Absolutely gorgeous, half acre lot: With stunning views of the Santa Monica Mountains and the valley beyond, this beautifully designed and updated contemporary home is the perfect place to film. Peace and tranquility abound; quality is apparent with convenient parking space available for multiple vehicles on the side of the house. Open floor plan, new distressed wooden flooring, interior and exterior built-in speakers, rooms flooded with natural light, and beautiful earth tones create the perfect ambiance for entertaining or relaxing. Sliding doors open from a huge family room and the kitchen to the resort-style backyard which features a saltwater swimmer's pool and spa, expansive flagstone patio, and outdoor kitchen with built-in barbecue and refrigerator. This dreamy loft space boasts 12 foot ceilings, polished concrete floors, and fantastic natural light all day long thanks to the charming 50 foot wall of eight large southeast facing windows. This gorgeous, sun-drenched, open spaced DTLA loft will inspire you everywhere you look! This downtown studio is perfect for photo and video shoots including: Editorial, Fashion, Beauty, Portrait, Product, Headshot, Commercial, Film, Kickstarter, Video, Promotional, Documentary, TV series, Web Series, Podcast, YouTube, Instagram, etc. It’s worth noting that the light is especially gorgeous, flooding into the space as early as 7am (these images were taken at 10:30 am) Also, the light can be controlled with black out shades if needed. To amplify the vitality of the space, you’ll also find many happy and healthy natural plants here. The projector is an especially interesting touch, and a cool addition to photoshoots and events. We have excellent parking and load-in accommodations. Parking is $8 flat rate for all day in the parking lot downstairs. We have a loading area with access to an elevator to make loading easy. IMPORTANT Booked hours must include load-in/load-out, set up, and tear-down or 1.5x overtime fees will apply in 30 minute increments. There is no free overtime. BOOKED HOURS Hours are calculated when the first person arrives and last person leaves. No refunds for any unused time. PARKING Parking is not included with your booking and it is a separate fee. Parking lots are independently operated and we are not responsible for any theft or damage. Several other parking lots with a flat all-day rate exist across the studio, street meters, and yellow commercial loading zones at the building’s entrance. ELEVATOR The elevator is shared among all tenants, it is on a first come first served basis, its use cannot be reserved during the standard hours of operation, requires a staff member. LOAD-IN / LOAD-OUT The elevator is accessible via the Santee alley entrance and vehicles/trucks usually park in alley by the entrance. Vehicles should be moved after unloading/loading to avoid parking tickets. SECURITY CAMERAS Please do not touch, cover or unplug the security cameras. Footage is strictly confidential and recorded 24/7.

Welcome to a midcentury modern 3,000+ square foot home custom designed in 1954 by architecture firm Powers, Daily, and DeRosa. An impressive fiddle-leaf fig tree hovers over a calming interior fountain that falls into a koi pond and connects the indoors to the outdoors. The walls of glass throughout the home, open beam ceilings, original built cabinetry, and natural light offers many interesting shots for photoshoots. With an open kitchen, several living spaces, 2 brick fireplaces, and 4 bedrooms there are endless options for filming. The home is filled with designer and classic mid-century furniture including pieces from Knoll, Galanter and Jones, etc. The 11,363 square foot lot includes a flagstone courtyard, tropical themed pool, diving board, cedar hot tub, outdoor shower, and a custom fire pit with midcentury furniture all surrounded by lush landscaping.

The 1920's house is located in the Hollywood Hills close to public transport. The neighborhood is called the Hollywood Dell and is part of "Old Hollywood." The home is decorated in an eclectic mix of ethnic and European antiques. The large tropical garden is ideal for a shoot that could be either in the jungle or a place owned by a bohemian local. The interior is around 1500 square feet and the lot it sits on is approximately over quarter of an acre. Pricing is based on 15 person maximum. For larger groups, additional fees will be applied. $100 cleaning/prep fee. The property is uniquely zoned R & R which allows for multiple operations.

Our space is a historic landmark, a Classic French Chateau in the heart of LA featured in major films and photoshoots. This beautiful home welcomes you with a spiral iron and wood staircase circling a large beautiful chandelier over a marble checkered floor in its entry hall. It's tall ceilings, marble fire places, grand mirrors and intricate moldings in both the Living Room and Dining Room and the vintage elevator with accordion gates are exquisite contexts telling a story of another time. The pool has been given the name by its visitors, LA's secret garden. Ficus trees and trimmed boxwood line the walls of vines, its greenery complementing the home's tall French doors, round bay windows and detailed architectural accents. Please note filming, if a larger group, is at an increased rate customized based on size of production.
