Although the building is equipped with fire sprinklers, the Studio is located in a potentially flammable historic building. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. Absolutely no smoking or vaping or use of alcohol anywhere on the premises. Any breaking of this rule, by you or your guests, will result in a $500.00 fine. Also, any confetti or confetti sprinklers used will have a $300.00 fine.

Space located on the 9th floor with a breathtaking view of DTLA. This is a professional space dedicated for all types of events. Offsite bookings apply only Mon-Fri 8am-7pm (office hours) with a max. capacity of 12 people. For any other event, different rates apply and will increase the max. capacity to 18 attendees. Before I list down what’s included in your booking, please respect my number 1 house rule: If you use it, take care of it. If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you move it, put it back. If you break it, fix it. (or notify me please) If you make a mess, clean it up. Pretty simple. Myself (and other hosts I’m sure) have put a lot of work into these lovely spaces, which is also my home. Please treat it as if it were your own. That’s all I ask! The 1920's house is located in the Hollywood Hills close to public transport. The neighborhood is called the Hollywood Dell and is part of "Old Hollywood." The home is decorated in an eclectic mix of ethnic and European antiques. The large tropical garden is ideal for a shoot that could be either in the jungle or a place owned by a bohemian local. The interior is around 1500 square feet and the lot it sits on is approximately over quarter of an acre. Pricing is based on 15 person maximum.
