We offer our East Village store in Manhattan for filming, private parties, corporate mixers, birthday celebrations, seminars, concerts, fund-raisers, and company holiday parties. It is also available to rent for your own weekly classes and/or workshops. Our space is located on the ground floor on the 3rd street (between 1 ave and 2 ave) with big windows. The space is approximately 1,200 sqft with maximum occupancy of 74 people. There are chairs, tables, projector, refrigerator, freezer and free Wi-fi available to use. Outside food and drink are allowed to be brought in without extra fee.

At 700 sq ft, Space 4 is our largest available space. Starting at $54 an hour, this 45-person capacity space contains a wall-to-wall mirror with draw curtains, versatile lighting, 12 ft+ ceilings, and a newly installed, sprung dance/performance floor. Our versatile space is conveniently located just steps from Penn Station and is close to all subway lines. Made up of 13 individual studios, Creative can accommodate multiple room bookings and a plethora of uses. Each studio has Wi-Fi, acoustic insulation, and versatile lighting. We are located in a doorman building, with staff on site. Studios feature oversized windows in exterior facing studios, 12+ foot ceilings throughout, hardwood floors, and access from dedicated extra wide hallways. The floor has three bathrooms (1 ADA accessible), and has cold and sparkling water available. Suitable for Film & Photo Shoots, Meetings, Presentations, Workshops, Interviews/Small Castings, Fittings, Yoga/Fitness classes, Movement/Improv classes, and more! This unique 2000 + sq. ft space offers so much diversity with it's 25 foot ceilings, open floor plans, sky lights, loft areas, great acoustics, an incredible appointment of old foundry art, and a history that embraces all who enter the space. The Kavanah Space is centrally located in Greenwich Village/Downtown Manhattan. It is the perfect place to host a Bar/Bat Mitzvah, engagement party, brit milah, birthday party or corporate event. It features a stunning 2,000 square foot space that can either be used for an intimate group of 10-25 people or a larger event of up to 80 people.

A biscuits and spice store located in NYC. It is our work space as well as a store. The art changes every six months together with the biscuit flavors.

We are a 1000-square-foot studio in Manhattan's Lower East Side. With 10-foot ceilings and abundant daylight from south and west-facing windows, it offers unobstructed city views. Equipped with a large elevator, AC, stage lighting, short-throw projector, 50 foldable chairs, 7 swivel chairs, and conference table, the studio is perfect for rehearsals, workshops, screenings, photoshoots, and film production, accommodating up to 70 people.
