Our original premier event space is perfect for film and photo shoots, corporate and culinary events, private parties, and elegant weddings. With over 10 years of experience we can provide a perfect venue for any event you can imagine, including fashion shows, product launches and celebrity chef demonstrations. Contact us anytime to set up an appointment to see our stunning spaces. Studio 1 boasts 14ft ceilings, two walls of windows (East and South facing) in a fully-renovated early 20th century building. Our rentals are typically based on a 10 hour window (including set-up and breakdown) at a fixed day rate, depending on event type and size. Please contact us for an exact quote for your event! A 6 or 8 hour window may be available, depending on the type of rental, at an hourly rate: $450/hour for a minimum of 8 hours, or an adjusted rate for a 6 hour rental (available for specific events.) Hourly rate may be higher for large-scale events. There is an additional cleaning charge and trash fee for all events. Access to the freight elevator before 7am or after 7pm will incur an additional charge of $50/hour. Access to the freight elevator during the weekend is available at $150/hour. Holds for bookings are offered on a first-come first-serve basis. Secondary holds are offered after the first hold has been filled. If a secondary hold would like to place a deposit, the first hold will be given a 24-hour window to book, after which the booking will be made available to the secondary hold. Included in your rental is -access to in-house furniture (full list upon request) -in house AV which includes a Bluetooth sound system and two 55-inch HD TVs on rolling stands -High speed wifi -2 wireless, handheld microphones -Kitchens are set up with fully functioning electrical appliances including fridge, freezer, and electrical stovetop. (The gas range requires a propane hookup with FDNY permitting required, at an additional cost) In order to make sure that we are operating our studios in a safe and healthful manner for our returning clients in the wake of COVID-19 we are making a few necessary improvements and updates. We are following the Key to NYC requirements for indoor entertainment spaces, meaning all guests aged 12 and older should be able to present proof that they have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine upon entry to the studio. More information on the Key to NYC mandate can be found here: https://www1.nyc.gov/site/doh/covid/covid-19-vaccines-keytonyc.page This applies to all events held in our spaces, including private and corporate events. -Additionally, all staff at our studios have been vaccinated. -PPE including hand sanitizer, masks, and gloves are made available to guests upon entry to our studios - Additional hand washing stations have been installed in each studio. - All bathroom sinks have been retrofit with contactless faucets. - Increased wifi bandwidth will be available, up to 10 Gbps for remote videoconferencing needs for both events and productions. - Daily intensive cleanings of both studios. Music must be off at 11:30pm with guests exiting at midnight. No smoking

R O O F T O P THE ROOFTOP has one of the most unique views you'll ever see of the classic New York City backdrop from it's 7th floor Finished Rooftop. It has the advantage of looking West directly into the view of THE EMPIRE STATE BUILDING and THE NEW YORKER . This amazing view can be the backdrop for your next production. ..see photos after the ROOF photos to see the holding space. It has a makeup station, full kitchen, and is in itself a 2200 sq. ft. shooting space. You get both of these spaces when you rent the ROOFTOP. NOTE: The freight elevator takes you to the 4th floor where the holding space is. From the 4th floor, all equipment there any equipment / people, etc will have to take the stairs 4 flights to the roof. We've had all sizes of productions through here from large commercials to smaller fashion shoots Note on the photos. We offer our East Village store in Manhattan for filming, private parties, corporate mixers, birthday celebrations, seminars, concerts, fund-raisers, and company holiday parties. It is also available to rent for your own weekly classes and/or workshops. Our space is located on the ground floor on the 3rd street (between 1 ave and 2 ave) with big windows. The space is approximately 1,200 sqft with maximum occupancy of 74 people. There are chairs, tables, projector, refrigerator, freezer and free Wi-fi available to use. Outside food and drink are allowed to be brought in without extra fee.

This gorgeous ground level 1700 sq feet space boasts soaring 24" ceilings, large open space, 2 additional private rooms and a kitchen. It is beautifully renovated, has an amazing ambiance and great lighting. We have approx. 60 chairs, 4 six-foot tables, additional 2 dining tables, 120" screen, projector. We also have an onsite event coordinator who can make the planning of you event seamless. Located at the tip of NoMad, Manhattan – our outdoor space is a rare one. Recently polished up with fresh landscaping and fence restoration, this rustic beauty is ready to go for an intimate garden dinner, weekend retail pop-up, brand launch party, or any special celebration such as a Bridal Shower, Birthday Party and more.

Note: Currently only accepting gatherings that max out at 25-30 people. Huge space (over 2,500 square feet) with a massive atrium skylight letting in tons of natural light in the heart of the east village. I bought the house in 1996 and completely renovated it in 2003. It's surrounded by lush community gardens on three sides so it's truly an oasis in the city. The house is spectacular - striking modern, industrial design, and high ceilings and skylight inside; outside a HUGE patio GARDEN that's 720 sq. ft (accessible through the kitchen) with a pergola which is illuminated with fairy lights at night. The living room has a dining room table which seats 8-10 that can also be used as a work space. The kitchen has top of the line appliances and bar seating for 5 as well as banquette seating for an additional 5. There is a BBQ in the garden and an outside table that seats 6 with an extra 8 chairs. Additional table and chairs can be loaned. There is also a brand new FIRE PIT table! The house has many different areas so perfect for breaking out in teams/groups. House has Wifi, central air and a fireplace as well as speakers throughout including in the backyard. You can play music through your phone using the Bluetooth. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 additional bathrooms that can be rented out for an extra fee. Local street parking is usually easy to find. The space is perfect for off-site work related events such as brainstorming groups or meetings, as well as baby showers, bridal showers, cocktail parties, pop up dinners or wine tastings and photo and film shoots. Set-up and break-down need to be included in your booking time. When booking please make sure you allow yourself enough time to get the space ready for your event + time to break down and leave the house in good shape. Early arrivals will be accommodated within a 15 minute window without an additional charge. Late departures will be charged after a 15 minute grace period from the official booking stop. THIS SPACE IS NOT APPROPRIATE FOR LOUD, ROWDY PARTIES OR LOTS OF DANCING. Note: I'm currently not allowing guests to bring their own sound system/DJ; however the sound system for the house is excellent and it syncs so you can hear the music in the garden as well.
