It is also available to rent for your own weekly classes and/or workshops. Our space is located on the ground floor on the 3rd street (between 1 ave and 2 ave) with big windows. The space is approximately 1,200 sqft with maximum occupancy of 74 people. There are chairs, tables, projector, refrigerator, freezer and free Wi-fi available to use. Outside food and drink are allowed to be brought in without extra fee.

Cre8ive Space 3-1, with 12+ ft ceilings and a 320 sq ft floor plan, is a stunning interior loft that can be modified and customized to fit any activity! The space contains a mirrored wall, acoustic installation, and versatile lighting. Starting at $30 an hour, you can book this space that can fit up to 25 people at once. Our versatile space is conveniently located just steps from Penn Station and is close to all subway lines. Made up of 13 individual studios, Cre8ive can accommodate multiple room bookings and a plethora of uses. Each studio has Wi-Fi, acoustic insulation, and versatile lighting. We are located in a doorman building, with staff on site. Studios feature oversized windows in exterior facing studios, 12+ foot ceilings throughout, hardwood floors, and access from dedicated extra wide hallways. The floor has three bathrooms (1 ADA accessible), and has cold and sparkling water available. There is also a small wine cooler and sink/counter in the atrium, in addition to the large fridge, counter and microwave in the kitchen. Q: What type of sound system do you have? A: We have a Sonos sound system, with speakers all around the space. You can control all the music from an app on our phone and play from Spotify, SoundCloud, Apple Music, etc. The acoustics in the atrium are amazing! Q: Can I bring food/beverages/alcohol? A: Yes! Bring whatever you like. We also have catering partners we can refer you to. Q: Can I decorate the space? A: Yes! You're free to decorate the space as you please. We ask that you return the space to the way it was before when your event finishes. We kindly prohibit the use of glitter and any other hard to clean decorations. Signs posted on building exterior and/or outside meeting rooms and in public areas must be professionally printed and freestanding or on an easel. Our studio has large windows, is on the 4th floor of a commercial building with a convenient, spacious elevator, a 3-5 minute walk from BD & F trains, 10 min from NQRW6JZ trains, with plenty of parking options nearby. It has a view of the Manhattan Bridge & One World Trade Center. Perfect for photo / video production: fashion, portrait, family, still life. Video production: fashion, interview, music videos. We have a cyc wall with photo paper rolls, lighting equipment, blackout curtains, V-flats, vanity table and garment rack. As well as, dinnerware for intimate parties. Also great for intimate workshops, presentations, trainings, pop-ups, and production home base . It can definitely lend itself to low key private events or dinners, with a small kitchenette area that includes microwave, toaster oven, electric stove top, kitchen island, cold & hot water dispenser, fridge and french press. Please do not damage the furniture, plants, or objects in the space or you will incur a damage fee. No glitter. No confetti. No decorations that cause permanent damage or require an extra cleaning.
