We offer our East Village store in Manhattan for filming, private parties, corporate mixers, birthday celebrations, seminars, concerts, fund-raisers, and company holiday parties. It is also available to rent for your own weekly classes and/or workshops. Our space is located on the ground floor on the 3rd street (between 1 ave and 2 ave) with big windows. The space is approximately 1,200 sqft with maximum occupancy of 74 people. There are chairs, tables, projector, refrigerator, freezer and free Wi-fi available to use. Outside food and drink are allowed to be brought in without extra fee.

R O O F T O P THE ROOFTOP has one of the most unique views you'll ever see of the classic New York City backdrop from it's 7th floor Finished Rooftop. It has the advantage of looking West directly into the view of THE EMPIRE STATE BUILDING and THE NEW YORKER . This amazing view can be the backdrop for your next production. ..see photos after the ROOF photos to see the holding space. It has a makeup station, full kitchen, and is in itself a 2200 sq. ft. shooting space. You get both of these spaces when you rent the ROOFTOP. NOTE: The freight elevator takes you to the 4th floor where the holding space is. From the 4th floor, all equipment there any equipment / people, etc will have to take the stairs 4 flights to the roof. We've had all sizes of productions through here from large commercials to smaller fashion shoots Note on the photos. Any photos showing construction towards the Empire State Building/New Yorker have been finished.

This gorgeous ground level 1700 sq feet space boasts soaring 24" ceilings, large open space, 2 additional private rooms and a kitchen. A laid back office and event space with high design, refined finishes, and wellness amenities. Our available spaces range from small meeting rooms to larger conference areas as well as our Cafe, large coworking room and Wellness studio. We also have an onsite event coordinator who can make the planning of you event seamless. The Kavanah Space is centrally located in Greenwich Village/Downtown Manhattan. It is the perfect place to host a Bar/Bat Mitzvah, engagement party, brit milah, birthday party or corporate event. It features a stunning 2,000 square foot space that can either be used for an intimate group of 10-25 people or a larger event of up to 80 people.

Our original premier event space is perfect for film and photo shoots, corporate and culinary events, private parties, and elegant weddings. With over 10 years of experience we can provide a perfect venue for any event you can imagine, including fashion shows, product launches and celebrity chef demonstrations. Contact us anytime to set up an appointment to see our stunning spaces. Studio 1 boasts 14ft ceilings, two walls of windows (East and South facing) in a fully-renovated early 20th century building. Our rentals are typically based on a 10 hour window (including set-up and breakdown) at a fixed day rate, depending on event type and size. Please contact us for an exact quote for your event! A 6 or 8 hour window may be available, depending on the type of rental, at an hourly rate: $450/hour for a minimum of 8 hours, or an adjusted rate for a 6 hour rental (available for specific events.) Hourly rate may be higher for large-scale events. There is an additional cleaning charge and trash fee for all events. Access to the freight elevator before 7am or after 7pm will incur an additional charge of $50/hour. Access to the freight elevator during the weekend is available at $150/hour. Holds for bookings are offered on a first-come first-serve basis. Secondary holds are offered after the first hold has been filled. If a secondary hold would like to place a deposit, the first hold will be given a 24-hour window to book, after which the booking will be made available to the secondary hold. Included in your rental is -access to in-house furniture (full list upon request) -in house AV which includes a Bluetooth sound system and two 55-inch HD TVs on rolling stands -High speed wifi -2 wireless, handheld microphones -Kitchens are set up with fully functioning electrical appliances including fridge, freezer, and electrical stovetop. (The gas range requires a propane hookup with FDNY permitting required, at an additional cost) In order to make sure that we are operating our studios in a safe and healthful manner for our returning clients in the wake of COVID-19 we are making a few necessary improvements and updates. We are following the Key to NYC requirements for indoor entertainment spaces, meaning all guests aged 12 and older should be able to present proof that they have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine upon entry to the studio. PHOTO/VIDEO SHOOTS: Our mid-century modern furnished apartment is a turn-key photo and video studio with great natural light. We can supply everything you need from catering to equipment. Started by a fashion stylist and photographer with years of experience in fashion and celebrities (Vogue, i-D, The Face, etc.) we wanted to create an upscale and chic environment to inspire creatives (stylists, photographers, directors, etc.) to fulfill their vision. The space can be used with furnishings or bare walls/seamless to fit your brief! OTHER EVENTS: Our team can work with you for anything you might need for events from PR/product launches to small gatherings of friends. Our warm and inviting space is lovely for dinners, meetings, small parties, engagement parties, bridal showers, baby showers, or even just cocktail hour. OUTDOOR SPACE: We have a lovely patio space included in the rental. With 250 sq feet of a hardwood patio, shoots and events can easily spill over to the outside space. Attached by stairs is a garden space of 600 sq feet that can be included in the rental for an additional fee. The garden in the spring and summer is an oasis of tranquility on a tree-lined block in Midtown that feels less like Manhattan and more like Brooklyn. FULL SERVICE: We can supply lighting and equipment for photo shoots through an independent contractor who is great and often less expensive than larger rental houses. We can supply catering or a stocked fridge to meet your needs. We also have a full collection of vintage clothing that can be rented for styling purposes. Our many years of experience in fashion will help us be two steps ahead of everything you might need for your shoot/event. LOCATION: We are located on a very quiet residential street in the Murray Hill area (east midtown Manhattan). Our location is easy to stock up on what you need - within a block of Trader Joe's, Fairway, Target, and Bed Bath and Beyond. There are lots of local cafes we recommend if needed for catering. ACCESS: Loading in and out is easy - the only stairs are the outside brownstone stairs. Once up those, you’re in!
