With 20 ft ceilings, climate controlled, 2 huge garage doors to bring in props, equipment and cars, open street parking, and WiFi.

Our venue is a real art studio decorated with stunning art and furniture. Captivating from the moment one walks in, filled with bright colors and interesting paintings. upon request we allow host events, pop-ups, or get together. This artsy studio encourages a creative experience with your loved ones. We have plenty of free parking space, handicap access. 2000 sq. ft in total with different ambients we do have a lounge area called the bohemian room, our kitchen's name is Hell's Bar equipped with microwave fridge with freezer and a additional freezer perfect for ice, we do not have a stove but feel free to bring your personal chef or catering service our kitchen is spacious for food and drinks serving. our bathroom is stunning, we do have a baby grand piano that cannot be remove or moved, our floors are hand painted and covered with epoxy, that's why Furniture and artwork may only be removed or replaced upon request. we do have Enough space for 50 people. we just I'm proved our AC units, now we have a fresh high end luxury space to share with our community. be part of the experience. ask for a walk through visit! see you soon! Our installations are located in a commercial park, therefore is very safe and clean, parking lot is fenced, but public and shared with other warehouses. As we all know is prohibited to hang out with alcoholic beverages in public spaces by federal law. So please don’t hang out in our parking lot. please keep our outsides clean, no garbage and obviously no peeing in the area, a fine of $110 USD will be assessed for each tule not followed. A monitoring system is I. Place to make sure adherence to these rules are taking place. Please enjoy yourselves without causing distress to our neighbors and society.

We offer included full access to our outdoor kitchen and barbecue grill, hammocks, seating bar, dining area, and lounging areas, upper and lower sun decks, indoor seating area, indoor dining area, indoor kitchen, and full bathroom. The lush tropical outdoor oasis, deck, hot tub, gazebo, tiki BBQ grill & covered patio create a warm inviting space for gatherings, friends and family to relax, entertain and enjoy some good time. It is great for outdoor events such as brunches, weddings, photoshoots, wellness/yoga retreat, parties, baby showers, baptisms, graduations, holy first communions, and many more. The venue can accommodate up to 50 guests. Guest limits will be subjected to the host's discretion depending on layout plan. The indoor space is not available for groups larger than 20 people.

This is a 13,000 square feet warehouse with full AC, equipped with Wifi, and has space for events and music videos. We rent the space per hour or daily as a whole or a specific area, depending on your event.
