THE ROOFTOP has one of the most unique views you'll ever see of the classic New York City backdrop from it's 7th floor Finished Rooftop. It has the advantage of looking West directly into the view of THE EMPIRE STATE BUILDING and THE NEW YORKER . This amazing view can be the backdrop for your next production. ..see photos after the ROOF photos to see the holding space. It has a makeup station, full kitchen, and is in itself a 2200 sq. ft. shooting space. You get both of these spaces when you rent the ROOFTOP. NOTE: The freight elevator takes you to the 4th floor where the holding space is. From the 4th floor, all equipment there any equipment / people, etc will have to take the stairs 4 flights to the roof.

This is 800 sq ft of raw space located directly off a hotel lobby. The room has 15ft ceilings, limestone flooring and projector and screen for any marketing sound system and wi fi all included. The room is bare in décor however we can provide you with minimum - 2 arms chairs, the giant mirror and 6ft folding style tables for setting up displays should you request it. Any other décor would need to be rented and we would be happy to assist you with ideas and vendors should you request.

2.) Dual Purpose Photography/Media Screening Lounge - couches, home theater screen, projector, blue and white seamless backdrops perfect for photography or casting auditions. Ask about our photography equipment packages.
3.) Editing Suite - Comfortable lounge setup combined with multiple workstations, versatile monitor arrangements, including large TV, and high quality speakers.

All parties booking events through this listing must strictly comply with the Venue’s policies on building security as well as the stated rules per the listing on total occupancy per room as indicated through the booking terms and the agreed upon number of attendees. This includes provision of a roster of attendees provided no later than three business days before an event, with all attendees having suitable picture ID available for presentation at the Venue’s building security desk as a condition of admittance. Events with “Unlimited Open Enrollment” eg. with no rosters provided in advance of the event, will not be accepted. The Venue will strictly enforce rules on room and venue admittance and facility and room total occupancy, and failure to abide by these rules by the booking party on account of incomplete or deceptive information upon registration will lead to the cancellation of the booking at the sole discretion of Venue.

This authentic, Chelsea fitness facility is perfect for fitness-yoga-bootcamp style photoshoots, film interviews, filming productions, product demos, and small productions. This 2,000 sq. ft loft-turned-gym boasts 15ft high ceilings, exposed pipes, and windows that provide opulent natural light.
We provide a smart sound and lighting system. Crews can connect to the LED lighting system and set the light to any color to match the theme of the production. The equipment and furniture in the space can be moved, just ask the host how you would like the space to be set up prior to arrival.
There is a kitchen in the space available for crew/talent use and production.
The loft is located on the 12th floor. Production equipment is not provided, but freight elevator access is available. We are located within a 5 minute walk from major MTA lines, ACE line, 123 line, RW line, and FM line.
Our facility is located near steps away from the historic Flatiron building and Madison Square park and the Shake Shack (outdoors in the park).
The facility features two conference rooms, and is ideal for corporate conference rooms and Focus Groups during Market Research studies and Product testing,
The larger room comfortably seats 15 people, and the other conference seats approximately 8 people. Both rooms include A/V recording, Teleconferencing and Focus Vision capabilities (available at an additional cost). Each conference room has an adjoining Observation Room with one-way mirrors and seating. The facility also has a kitchen.
We are located between Park Avenue and Broadway with easy access to public transportation and a parking garage located next door (not included in Facility rate).
The beautiful building that the loft is in was built in 1910. It was originally a carriage house for horses. The building's enormous 10'x20' freight elevator used to take the horses up and down through the floors. The huge 10' elevator doors open up directly into the loft. The loft has a generous 2000 square feet of space. It has a full kitchen with large kitchen island for catering or food preparation. The ceiling height is 11'. Along with other amenities that were common in the early 1900's were the tin ceilings. The ceilings are covered with the white painted tin and makes for an open and airy environment.
One of it's uses is as a photography studio, so it has racks for clothing, a steamer, a makeup station, and is fully equipped to host a wide range of photography shoots.
The furniture is all mid century modern based. Wood and chrome run throughout the space along with accents of white. Cocktail Parties, Art Gallery Shows, and Corporate meetings/events are welcome here.
The loft is located on the edge of Hudson Yards and Hells Kitchen. It is easily accessible to public transportation with the 7 train and the 8th Ave 34th st station are each only .2 miles away...about a 6-8 minute walk. There are parking garages all around the building, so parking is always easy to find.
