The beautiful building that the loft is in was built in 1910. It was originally a carriage house for horses. The building's enormous 10'x20' freight elevator used to take the horses up and down through the floors. The huge 10' elevator doors open up directly into the loft. The loft has a generous 2000 square feet of space. It has a full kitchen with large kitchen island for catering or food preparation. The ceiling height is 11'. Along with other amenities that were common in the early 1900's were the tin ceilings. The ceilings are covered with the white painted tin and makes for an open and airy environment. One of it's uses is as a photography studio, so it has racks for clothing, a steamer, a makeup station, and is fully equipped to host a wide range of photography shoots. The furniture is all mid century modern based. Wood and chrome run throughout the space along with accents of white.
