Measuring 2,600 usable square feet with 11 foot ceilings, we offer abundant daylight with north, west and south-facing Equipped with a newly-renovated kitchen, white open loft space & white epoxy floors, full bathroom, convenient direct freight, WiFi connectivity, equipment room and private office space, this studio offers all the amenities and services needed for a photo/video shoots. Plus an extremely convenient location in midtown next door to the New York Times building, Port Authority and four major subway lines.

This unique 2000 + sq. ft space offers so much diversity with it's 25 foot ceilings, open floor plans, sky lights, loft areas, great acoustics, an incredible appointment of old foundry art, and a history that embraces all who enter the space. The space has been used for film, photography, live theater, operatic performances, concerts, corporate events and a host of other private events. As this was a former foundry, the building is equipped with commercial/industrial electricity. All rentals include setup and tear down time.

This authentic, Chelsea fitness facility is perfect for fitness-yoga-bootcamp style photoshoots, film interviews, filming productions, product demos, and small productions. This 2,000 sq. ft loft-turned-gym boasts 15ft high ceilings, exposed pipes, and windows that provide opulent natural light. We provide a smart sound and lighting system. Crews can connect to the LED lighting system and set the light to any color to match the theme of the production. The equipment and furniture in the space can be moved, just ask the host how you would like the space to be set up prior to arrival. There is a kitchen in the space available for crew/talent use and production. The loft is located on the 12th floor. Production equipment is not provided, but freight elevator access is available. We are located within a 5 minute walk from major MTA lines, ACE line, 123 line, RW line, and FM line.

LOFT 4 is a 2200 Square ft. Shabby Chic full floor open LOFT designed for Film and Photography Productions. Built in 1910, the building was originally a carriage house for horses. The all white floors, mixed with the original tin ceiling tiles, great natural light, and white brick walls make it great for Lifestyle Shoots or Interviews. We have tastefully curated select furniture that gives the space a unique look and feel, while still allowing for a lot of negative space for photo/film productions. There is a 10'x20' freight elevator that opens up directly into the loft.

R O O F T O P THE ROOFTOP has one of the most unique views you'll ever see of the classic New York City backdrop from it's 7th floor Finished Rooftop. It has the advantage of looking West directly into the view of THE EMPIRE STATE BUILDING and THE NEW YORKER . This amazing view can be the backdrop for your next production. ..see photos after the ROOF photos to see the holding space. It has a makeup station, full kitchen, and is in itself a 2200 sq. ft. shooting space. You get both of these spaces when you rent the ROOFTOP. NOTE: The freight elevator takes you to the 4th floor where the holding space is. From the 4th floor, all equipment there any equipment / people, etc will have to take the stairs 4 flights to the roof. We've had all sizes of productions through here from large commercials to smaller fashion shoots Note on the photos. Our 12th-floor Executive Conference Center features five event spaces – two large boardrooms, one with seating large enough for over 100, and three smaller conference rooms – each boasting full-service, executive dining. These rooms can also be collapsed into one large event space.
