Exhibitions, brand launches and fashion shows can have a higher number of guests. We do not allow music to be played extremely loud. All guests must be coordinating with our venue manager on-site. Our event manager has the right to end all bookings immediately if rules are not followed. Please respect out property. Moving or rearranging furniture is the responsibility of your team. Our space can be customized, but comes as is, therefore has to be rearranged as well after all bookings. Our venue requires a daily liquor permit for beer & wine and cider, or a caterer's license if you serve alcohol to your guests. We give this back immediately if there is no damage or overtime. There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter, sparklers or confetti. If you will be using it for multiple purposes at once (music and visual) the music should be playing via the browser. The space can easily fit 100 people, and is easily accessible as its on the first floor and has sidewalk access. Walking distance from C, E, 1, B, D, F, M train station. Located on the street level with sidewalk access. Hourly rates apply to setup and breakdown time, so please plan accordingly. Every 30 minutes over and above the agreed upon time will be billed at a rate of $400 for 30 minutes. As we are an art gallery, we may ask you to hire security for certain events, especially those that have alcohol and/or dancing. This will be at the discretion of the gallery owner. In addition, we often cannot accommodate requests to de-install our exhibitions as we have arrangements with our artists. We would still love to give you a tour of our space if you want to learn more about our current and future shows.
