Next to the Hudson Yards and High Line in West Chelsea, our unique loft is a true creative haven. Designed by a sculptor, all of the elements in this space are custom made. It also offers various textures such as over 150 years old unique vintage doors and designer furniture available as props for photo shoots. Features include: -2,000 sq. ft -11 ft. high ceilings -white stained wood floors -white brick wall, (53 ft long) -exposed brick wall, (9 ft) -concrete with natural stone -white stained oak wood panel wall -150+ year old vintage metal doors -fire escape Kitchen includes a unique floating concrete bar. Private room is available for hair/makeup & styling changes. The main area has custom designed light sconces and adjustable track lighting Full service lighting/digital equipment technicians and assistants are available if requested prior to booking for photo & film shoots. (Please give us at least 24-48 hours for all special requests) All bookings include on-site manager. Stationary Epson HD Projector with 100 inch drop screen available fro no extra fee. RULES: Please include set-up and break down times in the time of your booking. The booking time starts running when people enter the Loft. Notify us about all delivery and pick-up times before the booking, so we can make sure someone is on-site. We can host private events up to 80 guests. Exhibitions, brand launches and fashion shows can have a higher number of guests. We do not allow music to be played extremely loud. All guests must be coordinating with our venue manager on-site. Our event manager has the right to end all bookings immediately if rules are not followed. Please respect out property. Moving or rearranging furniture is the responsibility of your team. Our space can be customized, but comes as is, therefore has to be rearranged as well after all bookings. Our venue requires a daily liquor permit for beer & wine and cider, or a caterer's license if you serve alcohol to your guests. You can get a liquor license on the link below, they are surprisingly inexpensive: https://sla.ny.gov/permits-available-online Early delivery fee is $300.00, and overnight storage fee is $600.00 (You can request a delivery window 48 hours prior to booking time) Please provide a certificate of insurance before booking time, and make sure to provide a $1,000 security deposit for your event. We give this back immediately if there is no damage or overtime. We also accept a credit card authorization form signed for damages. This has to match the deductible in your COI. There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter, sparklers or confetti. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. Please refer to Splacer’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules. A/V: -The Denon A/V system: You can connect your personal devices to our sound system using our cable (same as your headphones) or Apple AirPlay. The speakers can go up to 60 dB (numbers on screen) -The projector: It is connected to a PC with Windows OS. You can transfer files to it via usb, online or using a DVD. If you will be using it for multiple purposes at once (music and visual) the music should be playing via the browser. We suggest making your playlist or video available via youtube, soundcloud, email or any online platform. -We also have a separate portable and powerful bluetooth speaker (Behringer) for other devices and microphones and we can provide 1 microphone.
