With WiFi, wireless projector, onsite staff and security, this multi-functional room is highly adaptable for conferences, meetups, photo shoots, workshops, and more. Space details: 1500 square feet AC/heating 2 large windows Electric blackout blinds WiFi Projector Projector Screen Storage space Extra tables and folding chairs Security guard Company must submit a certificate of insurance. If the event occurs after business hours or during the weekend, there is an extra $50 hourly charge for security. You may bring in outside catering services with no restrictions or extra charges. However, you must dispose of all food and garbage after you are finished. There are other businesses on the premises, so please be courteous and considerate if you are using the space within the hours of 9 am-5 pm. If you need additional help setting up your event or cleaning after your event, our staff can assist you for an extra $200 cleaning fee. Please reserve an extra 30 minutes prior to the start of your event and 30 minutes after the end of your event to accommodate your set-up and clean-up time. You must be cleared out of the event space at the end of your booking window.

In this unique loft conversion almost every piece of furniture you see is an original design or an antique that has been heavily modified and restored. Max capacity 50 standing, no more than 40 recommended. Casual seating around the space for up to 25, including the possibility of a formal dining setup for 10. (Alternatively, folding table and chairs may be brought in to seat 20 for dinner parties.) Full working kitchen. 150W HiFi Sound system connects directly to your phone or computer via headphone jack or Bluetooth. HD video projection on to 7ft x 4ft screen via HDMI, Thunderbolt or Display Port from your laptop or phone. Three friendly cats remain on premises but our Alen Breathesmart Air Purifier runs 24/7, eliminating dander from the air. Allergens have never posed a problem. They can also be kept in the Blue Egyptian room for the duration of the event - or boarded off site (at an additional fee) if preferred. Renter must book all time needed in the space, from setup to cleanup. $500-$1000 security deposit (varies by type of rental) will be held separately and refunded 24 hours following event, pending no damages or overtime.
