IS THERE A CLEANING FEE?
Yes. We always clean the space before and after each booking. For multi-day bookings, we always charge for cleaning services after each check-out.

DO I NEED A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE?
COI is mandatory for all companies that book us for productions, offsite meetings, and events. For individuals, we can offer trusted, affordable COI suppliers.

My space has an urban casual look that is perfect for hosting any event from birthdays to any parties. Space is a full service restaurant. We can make any package for each individual event. We offer a private room for up to 30 guests and a semi private space for up to eighty guests.

There is a large parking lot and dock access for commercial trucks. Additionally, the space has two 8-axis industrial robotic work cells that can be incorporated into film and photo shoots for a flat fee.

This is a yoga and wellness studio located in the heart of Long Island City. It is an open space filled with natural sunlight with floor to ceiling windows. The studio is kept in a very neat and clean condition. It's a creative space and a sanctuary with a few big plants inside the studio.
We have daily yoga and meditation classes so the floor is kept very clean. The space is also perfect for exhibitions, photoshoot, workshops, group circles/meetings, and ceremonies. We welcome any creative uses.
There's a reception area, and a barn sliding door that leads to the main studio. There's a no-shoe policy in the main studio space. WE kindly asks guests to remove shoes in the reception area.
To respect our neighbors, loud noise/music is not allowed.
Pets are welcomed.
