Our community-built facility is a 1500 sq ft fully soundproofed analog & digital studio located in Queens, New York. Created to record all genres and styles of music and audio experimentation while also serving as a wonderful arena for creativity. You can use our studio as a zone for photo shoots, video productions, podcasting shoots, documentary or film shoot, small professional gatherings, songwriting, rehearsal space, and much more. When not rented out our studio is usually used for recording hardcore and punk music projects, yet we are versatile in what we can accommodate, if you are seeking to use our studio for recording initiatives. We additionally can offer the services of our in-house recording engineers and producers for your services. Some of our equipment includes a vintage Trident 24 Console, Ampex 440B, Tascam MS-16, Avalon VT-737SP, 1950’s Berlant Tube Preamps (x4), 90’s Marshall JCM-900, and more! My space is an open yard with a beautiful view of the bay. Sometimes you will get a visit from the ducks or swans that live in the water. There is a bar, a homemade brick grill and what is going to be a pizza oven. There's a long walkway leading down to the boat/water. There is also new patio furniture and tables.

Our 20,000 square foot LIC production facility looks out across the East River at the Manhattan skyline and is only one subway stop from Grand Central Station. We offer a large open and bright space with 20' ceilings, a roof deck, and panoramic videos of Manhattan and downtown LIC. There is a large parking lot and dock access for commercial trucks. Additionally, the space has two 8-axis industrial robotic work cells that can be incorporated into film and photo shoots for a flat fee.
