Each room is uniquely designed to create a fresh ambiance and boasts many amenities including color changing LED lighting, top of the line audio systems and video screens in each room. The video suite is equipped with a massive video wall and moving intelligent lighting. Our space is perfect for hosting album and video releases, recording podcasts, shooting videos, photo shoots, art showcases, or private events.

A beautiful and imaginative industrial artists living loft. Beautiful light and atmosphere. Furniture and props easily moved. The garden is lovely to shoot or have a break in. Some For sound recording it is necessary to check the dates for activities in the neighborhood ( there is a pool club next door and there are often weddings in the courtyard below my space).

Our 20,000 square foot LIC production facility looks out across the East River at the Manhattan skyline and is only one subway stop from Grand Central Station. We offer a large open and bright space with 20' ceilings, a roof deck, and panoramic videos of Manhattan and downtown LIC. There is a large parking lot and dock access for commercial trucks. Additionally, the space has two 8-axis industrial robotic work cells that can be incorporated into film and photo shoots for a flat fee.

My space is in a brand new building with private entrance, private lobby and elevator! The building is located just 15 min away from Manhattan, right by the subway station!

Our location is a gastropub, restaurant and beer garden. Our 40 seated bar has 50 beer taps, provides a great location for scenes as well as photo shoots. Modern with a touch of bar atmosphere, your location is here. Our 2500 soft courtyard is unique space for our area. the open area is flexible in space, though we do offer tables and modern seating. My studio is a 700 square foot space located in Long Island City, Queens. The studio offers a large wall of north facing windows that gets beautiful light at all times of the day. We are set up for all types of portraiture, fashion shoots, and any other creative projects. The space is air-conditioned, with Wi-Fi, and features an MUA staging area with large Hollywood vanity mirror, directors chairs, stools, and an open lounge area with leather couch, and tables for working. We have livened up the space with some plant elements, and the high ceilings create an incredible ambiance. Lighting and grip gear is included with every booking. This yoga studio features expansive, contemporary design with abundant natural light cascading through its floor-to-ceiling windows. It is immaculately maintained, and its open layout is both inviting and conducive to a peaceful yoga and meditation practice. There's a reception area, with a sliding barn door that leads to the main studio area. We keep our wooden floor very clean because of yoga students. Perfect for photoshoots, workshops, small intimate circles, bridal showers, or any wellness / creative events. Easy access from the street, and 1 block from the N, W and R train at Queensboro Bridge.
