We’re a 2000sf, daylight-drenched photo and video rental studio located in Long Island City, New York. Perfect for small-to-medium productions from fashion look books and editorials to portraiture and some still life. We're a 20-25 min drive from Manhattan and Brooklyn locations. From the train, we are only about a 6-7 minute walk from the closest stop. The space is wide open so you can maximize it for your needs.

This yoga studio features expansive, contemporary design with abundant natural light cascading through its floor-to-ceiling windows. We occupy a spacious, open, and bright multi-purpose outdoor space. With a modern 'secret garden' feel and tons of natural lighting, we are fit to host gatherings, events and productions of many types and sizes. Book with us for your next seminar, workshop, photoshoot, hosting auditions, master class, networking event, study session, mastermind group, video shoot, hosting interviews or just a day of co-working to escape the office and get your creative juices flowing! The space has a large and open feel, as well as many sectioned areas that are useful for smaller groups or to allow for privacy. All furniture and layouts are very easily changeable and we can work with mostly all requests. We feature 15 foot high privacy walls running the entire length of the space, a large variety of looks and backdrops, and amazing natural light providing great opportunities for 'golden hour' shooting. We also feature a catering area complete with a food and drink prep station, barbecue grill, foldable tables, and food prep supplies. *Grill access available for an additional charge* More intimate meet ups work perfectly in our space as there are multiple individual working areas. This is great for hosting workshops with break out sessions or having a wide variety of scenery when shooting photo or video. We are also able to fit up to 50 people quite comfortably in both a standing or seated layout. Our space features a raw warehouse space that includes 25ft ceilings throughout at least 1/2 of the space. We also have a second floor that is available if needed. The space is perfect if bringing props, vehicles, lighting, as well as stage building is needed.

This studio is designed to give a unique experience and feel in each different corner (room). There are three types of Corners, The Royal Corner, The Retro Diner Corner, and The Cloud Corner. Each Corner giving a different energy and vibe compared to the next one. Created to feel like you stepped into another world as soon as you enter the studio! The Shooterz Corner is for all creators putting together a photo shoot, video shoot, short film, commercial, or event a small event such as girls day out, or sip and paint events!

Our 20,000 square foot LIC production facility looks out across the East River at the Manhattan skyline and is only one subway stop from Grand Central Station. We offer a large open and bright space with 20' ceilings, a roof deck, and panoramic videos of Manhattan and downtown LIC. There is a large parking lot and dock access for commercial trucks. Additionally, the space has two 8-axis industrial robotic work cells that can be incorporated into film and photo shoots for a flat fee.
