Spacious and bright daylight studio with great light and views from windows on 3 sides. White brick walls and hardwood floors give a light airy feel and different texture options. Large private bathroom, changing room/hmu area, full kitchen and lounge area adjacent to the main shoot/event space. The freight elevator opens directly into the space. Great for events, exhibits, performance, photo shoots, film/TV shoots, as well as a nice holding space for larger film/tv shoots. In addition to our private space with lounge, the building has a large and lovely communal lobby area and outdoor courtyard. The building is very film friendly and has other spaces available, please inquire if you need additional locations and I can facilitate booking those in conjunction with our studio.

Our 20,000 square foot LIC production facility looks out across the East River at the Manhattan skyline and is only one subway stop from Grand Central Station. We offer a large open and bright space with 20' ceilings, a roof deck, and panoramic videos of Manhattan and downtown LIC. There is a large parking lot and dock access for commercial trucks. Additionally, the space has two 8-axis industrial robotic work cells that can be incorporated into film and photo shoots for a flat fee.

Industrial loft space with stunning end-to-end six foot high vintage casement windows. This open space transforms into a gorgeous production location/stage with contiguous office space and giant outdoor patio. There is also a rooftop with skyline views that can be used for shooting. One stop from Grand Central and East 53rd St. and incredibly easy to access by subway, car (Queensboro and Midtown Tunnel are a few blocks away) and even ferry. Additional space may be available depending on needs and project. Numerous videos and episodic TV have been shot here, including projects for the Travel Channel, truTV, and the Discovered music series for Sundance TV. The space is quiet but not soundproofed and on the second floor with no elevator.

Our studio formally know as Dash Studios is a creative work space open to many types of freelancers and artists. Fair sources of Bus and Train Transportation around the area. The area where located in is quite, with disposable parking, park nearby, close to deli and great restaurants. My studio is a 700 square foot space located in Long Island City, Queens. The studio offers a large wall of north facing windows that gets beautiful light at all times of the day. We are set up for all types of portraiture, fashion shoots, and any other creative projects. The space is air-conditioned, with Wi-Fi, and features an MUA staging area with large Hollywood vanity mirror, directors chairs, stools, and an open lounge area with leather couch, and tables for working. We have livened up the space with some plant elements, and the high ceilings create an incredible ambiance. Lighting and grip gear is included with every booking. We are conveniently located off of Court Square and nearby Queensboro Plaza. 1.5 blocks from the E,G,M, & 7 trains, 3 blocks from the N/W, and 6 blocks from the R and F trains. We are just 5-10 minutes from Midtown Manhattan, 15 - 25 from Downtown, and a hop over the water from Brooklyn. Each Corner giving a different energy and vibe compared to the next one. Created to feel like you stepped into another world as soon as you enter the studio! The Shooterz Corner is for all creators putting together a photo shoot, video shoot, short film, commercial, or event a small event such as girls day out, or sip and paint events!
