Our studio formally know as Dash Studios is a creative work space open to many types of freelancers and artists. Fair sources of Bus and Train Transportation around the area. The area where located in is quite, with disposable parking, park nearby, close to deli and great restaurants. Our mission is to offer an astounding location for both photographers and videographers that helps inspire everyone involved

Our facility features two unique locations - a 16,000 square foot outdoor space and a 5,000 square foot indoor space with a restaurant, bar and dance floor. The indoor space features a wooden dance floor surrounded by plants and natural light. It includes a world-class DJ booth, custom high-fidelity sound system, bespoke light rig and haze machine. The dance floor can be used as is or can easily accommodate a custom buildout. For large dinners and presentations, our long bench seats can sit up to 80 people on the dance floor and there are bleachers at one end of the room that can be used as staging. Adjacent to the dance floor is the bar and restaurant area, which features more plants, wooden banquette and bar seating and a full kitchen. Our 16,000 square foot park-like outdoor area, designed by Future Green Studios features a dance floor, picnic tables, a food truck, restrooms, trees and hammocks. Similar to a Biergarten, the space can also be compartmentalized to make small gatherings feel comfortable as well as semi-private rentals. Fire pits and yurts are also available in the winter time. For private events and weddings we offer drink & food packages, security and staffing. Please note that rental fees are dependent on which space is activated and the nature of the event / shoot. 

Our outdoor venue brings creators and professionals together who are looking to work as a community to grow, expand, and share their passions. We occupy a spacious, open, and bright multi-purpose outdoor space. With a modern 'secret garden' feel and tons of natural lighting, we are fit to host gatherings, events and productions of many types and sizes. Book with us for your next seminar, workshop, photoshoot, hosting auditions, master class, networking event, study session, mastermind group, video shoot, hosting interviews or just a day of co-working to escape the office and get your creative juices flowing! The space has a large and open feel, as well as many sectioned areas that are useful for smaller groups or to allow for privacy. All furniture and layouts are very easily changeable and we can work with mostly all requests. We feature 15 foot high privacy walls running the entire length of the space, a large variety of looks and backdrops, and amazing natural light providing great opportunities for 'golden hour' shooting. We also feature a catering area complete with a food and drink prep station, barbecue grill, foldable tables, and food prep supplies. *Grill access available for an additional charge* More intimate meet ups work perfectly in our space as there are multiple individual working areas. This is great for hosting workshops with break out sessions or having a wide variety of scenery when shooting photo or video. We are also able to fit up to 50 people quite comfortably in both a standing or seated layout. We are easily accessible, located in the heart of the artistic community in the Bushwick, Brooklyn/Ridgewood area . We are conveniently accessed by a quick 10 minute train ride from 14th Street Manhattan (we're half a block from the Halsey Street L train) and a short ride from Downtown Manhattan, Queens, and even the Bronx. It is immaculately maintained, and its open layout is both inviting and conducive to a peaceful yoga and meditation practice. There's a reception area, with a sliding barn door that leads to the main studio area. We keep our wooden floor very clean because of yoga students. Perfect for photoshoots, workshops, small intimate circles, bridal showers, or any wellness / creative events. Easy access from the street, and 1 block from the N, W and R train at Queensboro Bridge. Please note no loud music/noise is allowed to respect our neighbor's space.

Hi there! I'm Vicky, and my apartment is a bit like Mickey Mouse's clubhouse a place filled with welcoming vibes. The space is flooded with natural light through numerous windows, and the expansive kitchen area is perfect for hosting events. My bathroom adds to the overall cleanliness of the place. Please note that there is no elevator, and it's a fourth-floor walk-up – sorry about that, I know the struggle. If you choose to rent my space, rest assured that you'll not only gain a fantastic host but also create unforgettable memories for your event!

Our 20,000 square foot LIC production facility looks out across the East River at the Manhattan skyline and is only one subway stop from Grand Central Station. We offer a large open and bright space with 20' ceilings, a roof deck, and panoramic videos of Manhattan and downtown LIC. There is a large parking lot and dock access for commercial trucks. Additionally, the space has two 8-axis industrial robotic work cells that can be incorporated into film and photo shoots for a flat fee.
