All lights, tripod movement, camera operation and audio are controlled from the second floor of our building, allowing the subject to be isolated on the first floor. This means the subject can participate in a shoot without being in contact with another individual. Producers can be anywhere in the world and still talk face-to-face with their subject, utilizing either a direct-to-camera style or an off-camera style. All the producer needs is a laptop or computer with a webcam and a link we will provide. This allows for an intimate interview setting without ever occupying the same space, ensuring the health and safety of everyone involved. The subject will see the Producer throughout their entire interview, and vice versa. We have a TEMPERATURE SCREENING & TECHNOLOGY/HAND SANITIZING STATION set up at the front door of our studio. We also have disposable masks and gloves, disinfectant spray and wipes, and hand sanitizer readily available for our guests. There are infection control reminders posted throughout the space and the set and equipment will be sterilized before your arrival. ----------------------------- PERFECT For photography and video production, podcast recording, art installations, we host any one and anything! Our community-built facility is a 1500 sq ft fully soundproofed analog & digital studio located in Queens, New York. Created to record all genres and styles of music and audio experimentation while also serving as a wonderful arena for creativity. You can use our studio as a zone for photo shoots, video productions, podcasting shoots, documentary or film shoot, small professional gatherings, songwriting, rehearsal space, and much more. When not rented out our studio is usually used for recording hardcore and punk music projects, yet we are versatile in what we can accommodate, if you are seeking to use our studio for recording initiatives. We additionally can offer the services of our in-house recording engineers and producers for your services. Some of our equipment includes a vintage Trident 24 Console, Ampex 440B, Tascam MS-16, Avalon VT-737SP, 1950’s Berlant Tube Preamps (x4), 90’s Marshall JCM-900, and more! The room is 1000 sq ft space is perfect for an art gallery, events space, a boutique store, or a large photo studio. The space includes two restrooms and is directly accessible from street-level. Free street parking available, as well as off-site parking in garages nearby. We are located two blocks from the subway in trendy Long Island City, 10 minutes from Manhattan on the N,W,7,A, & F trains.

Our facility features two unique locations - a 16,000 square foot outdoor space and a 5,000 square foot indoor space with a restaurant, bar and dance floor. The indoor space features a wooden dance floor surrounded by plants and natural light. It includes a world-class DJ booth, custom high-fidelity sound system, bespoke light rig and haze machine. The dance floor can be used as is or can easily accommodate a custom buildout. For large dinners and presentations, our long bench seats can sit up to 80 people on the dance floor and there are bleachers at one end of the room that can be used as staging. Adjacent to the dance floor is the bar and restaurant area, which features more plants, wooden banquette and bar seating and a full kitchen. Our 16,000 square foot park-like outdoor area, designed by Future Green Studios features a dance floor, picnic tables, a food truck, restrooms, trees and hammocks. Similar to a Biergarten, the space can also be compartmentalized to make small gatherings feel comfortable as well as semi-private rentals. Fire pits and yurts are also available in the winter time. For private events and weddings we offer drink & food packages, security and staffing. Please note that rental fees are dependent on which space is activated and the nature of the event / shoot.
