It is perfect for parties, cooking, dining, meeting, and photoshoot. About 500sf, it is located in LIC, and super easily accessible just 3 minute's walk from the subway and 2 minutes from the midtown tunnel and BEQ exit.
Our space is decorated with a fully Equipped Kitchen, sofa lounge, and an expandable dining table for up to 12 people comfortable seating. The space has modular furnishings designed to be used for events of all kinds.
