Rate quoted is for up to 5 people. Each added person is $10 per hour.
The following spaces are included. OTHER SPACES POSSIBLY AVAILABLE, ONLY if agreed to in writing. Anything not agreed to in writing cannot be filmed, or entered.

All interior spaces described are on the same floor. All other spaces and floors cannot be entered without prior written approval.
Rules:
1) Please keep in mind that people live in the mansion and treat them with respect.
2) While your rental allows access to the rooms stated, your team may only be in TWO rooms at a time. This enables you to have one room on camera, while the crew is in an adjacent room off camera. You may not "take over" three rooms at a time.
3) The foyers are the most difficult place to shoot, because they are needed for passage between rooms. If you elect to shoot in a foyer, please be respectful of the residents' need to pass through.
4) The kitchen is not available. It is reserved for use of the residents.
5) Out of respect for residents, please use ONLY the basement bathroom.
6) Street parking is consistently very easy. On-site parking MAY be available IF arranged in advance. No on-site parking without prior arrangement.
7) Due to ongoing improvements, and the challenges of constantly updating photos, decor may differ from posted photos.
8) No violence may be depicted on the property. Nudity is allowed, but NOT waist down, frontal.
9) Owner may provide rights to film some of the artwork, without charge. To be filmed, this artwork must be explicitly stated, in writing. Filming any artwork or copyrighted material without owner’s written approval is at your own legal risk.
10) Anyone not on camera shall wear shoe coverings.
11) Please clean up after yourselves.
Hello, thanks for looking at our place. The house's simple and timeless design evolves around sunlight, enjoyment of nature and symbolizes the famous modern California lifestyle in its best form. It was built in 1963 and has a few mid-century modern touches, but still feels as fresh as 1963. It is a great backdrop for many event and production types and is easy to adjust for your specific needs or style vision.
Please host your event in our open social spaces, on the extra large and deep deck or the 1 acre garden.

This space features historic bank vaults, neoclassical architecture, breakout rooms, newly renovated restrooms, wifi, wheelchair access, security, admin fees, janitorial services, public transportation
This 1300 square foot corner loft is a bright space with 20ft floor to ceiling windows on two walls. East and South facing, lighting is ideal for photo and video shoots as well as events of all kinds. Occupied by two artist/designers, the apartment has various spaces within offering a variety of vintage inspired sets.
The upstairs living area/VIP lounge overlooks the main room which consists of two additional seating areas, dance floor, bar, kitchen, and a funky music studio with daybed. The studio is separated by a velvet curtain that can be open or closed. For private events, the Loft can comfortably hold up to 75 guests with a bathroom on each floor.
The massive walls are covered with immersive art installations and psychedelic inspired paintings and sculptures. For an additional fee media can be projected onto the walls. The railing contains sound reactive LEDs that track from the bottom on the stairs to the top of the Loft. Additionally, there is a 500 square foot balcony with ample seating, fire-pit, and heater over looking Bay View with visibility of the Bay to the East, Bernal Heights to the West, and beautiful mountains to the South. Combined with dozens of plants, the loft feels like an overgrown gallery/night club from the 70s.
Our Space is bright, colorful, and Artistic. Very inviting and comfortable. Its also versatile- We can make it a dining room or lounge area for happy hours and more casual settings.
This is a beautiful non-toxic space that includes Clean Air and Clean Water for you to enjoy. The ceilings are 11 feet tall with lots of beautiful lighting, large windows and facing East to downtown Larkspur and overlooking the redwoods. The walls are linen white and the furniture has warm tones of walnut and gold. There are elements of a softness and coziness that are brought in through Citizenry accessories with beautiful prints and textiles.
There is a treatment room that could be used by an Aesthetician or massage therapist, a private Yoga/pilates floor space and a small office space in the space as well along with the 2 office rooms and conference room in the front.

Due to Covid space fits 4-8 seated or 3 customers standing and can be rearranged in many different configurations to meet your particular needs.
High ceilings, great lighting, artistic, industrial aesthetic with welcoming vibes surrounded by colorful local seasonal art that is changed out at the beginning of each season.
Space offers Wifi, adjustable height tables, stools/chairs. Upstairs loft space is available for an extra fee and is perfect for a DJ or small lounge area overlooking the main space. There is also space for catering; however, we do not have a food prep kitchen. Catering through off-site vendor partners available upon request, ask for details. There is a sink, toaster oven, and bathroom available as well.
A host will be present when you arrive for your event. We will have the space set up for you prior to your arrival and the host will help set up any food or equipment you bring. Our space is available for rent on weekdays, some evenings, and weekends.
There is free parking in the surrounding neighborhood and metered parking a couple of blocks up. The space is also accessible by bus and streetcar.

A large customizable conference room, perfect for small productions or meetings. The room comes equipped with several rolling modular tables, an entire dry erase wall for brainstorming sessions, projector/screen, and lots of artwork.
Our informal art gallery space is available for private events of all kinds. The building includes approximately 6,000 available square feet spread across two floors, and can easily be subdivided to suit your needs. Located in a former Castro bathhouse, it’s gritty, edgy, and exudes authentic San Francisco character.
A spacious, well-lit "L"-shaped open area on the second floor serves as the main event hall. A dark and funky maze area completes the upper floor. Downstairs are a series of flexible open spaces, offices, a functional steam room, and a communal shower area.
All throughout the space you will find beautiful artwork from local SF artists serving as an eclectic backdrop for your guests. We ask that guests show respect and care for the exhibited artwork
