THE VILLA:
Villa Fontaine combines interior and exterior spaces that provide unlimited ways to plan your event. We have one of the largest outdoor spaces available in San Francisco!
The Villa is designed with an eclectic mix of furniture and one-of-a-kind art pieces and is constantly being updated.
The space is perfect for team meetings, off-sites, conferences, board retreats, presentations, product launches, client dinners, pop-up shops, art showings, cocktail receptions, weddings, holiday parties, or anything else you come up with!
We are located two blocks from the San Francisco Design Center, Zynga, Uber, Adobe, and one block from Starbucks, Wholefoods, and many restaurants.
VILLA INTERIOR:
The first floor consists of a grand entrance foyer with an adjacent powder room, a dining room large enough to accommodate 20 guests, and Salon. A full kitchen, with direct access to the outside and an additional half bath, is also located on this floor.
The second level is accessed via the grand staircase. It consists of a Library with a connected full bath, a grand ballroom large enough to seat 100 guests for a seated dinner, and a private suite with an adjacent full bath.
INTERIOR SPACE: 3500 SQ FT
VILLA EXTERIOR:
The gardens of Villa Fontaine consist of a cobblestone courtyard filled with seasonal blooming plants, an intimate multi-tiered garden with a babbling fountain, seating, and two firepits. Also, a dining space large enough to seat 80 guests. There are multiple mature trees consisting of 150-year-old willow, walnut, and maple trees.
EXTERIOR SPACE: 3000 SQ FT
Included in the rental cost in addition to all furniture per photos and floorplan:

- 3 - 42” round black tulip tables
- Luxury hand towels and soaps in all bathrooms
- Full kitchen with gas range, microwave, and refrigerator

Rate quoted is for up to 5 people. Each added person is $10 per hour.
The following spaces are included. OTHER SPACES POSSIBLY AVAILABLE, ONLY if agreed to in writing. Anything not agreed to in writing cannot be filmed, or entered.

All interior spaces described are on the same floor. All other spaces and floors cannot be entered without prior written approval.
Rules:
1) Please keep in mind that people live in the mansion and treat them with respect.
2) While your rental allows access to the rooms stated, your team may only be in TWO rooms at a time. This enables you to have one room on camera, while the crew is in an adjacent room off camera. You may not "take over" three rooms at a time.
3) The foyers are the most difficult place to shoot, because they are needed for passage between rooms. If you elect to shoot in a foyer, please be respectful of the residents' need to pass through.
4) The kitchen is not available. It is reserved for use of the residents.
5) Out of respect for residents, please use ONLY the basement bathroom.
6) Street parking is consistently very easy. On-site parking MAY be available IF arranged in advance. No on-site parking without prior arrangement.
7) Due to ongoing improvements, and the challenges of constantly updating photos, decor may differ from posted photos.
8) No violence may be depicted on the property. Nudity is allowed, but NOT waist down, frontal.
9) Owner may provide rights to film some of the artwork, without charge. To be filmed, this artwork must be explicitly stated, in writing. Filming any artwork or copyrighted material without owner’s written approval is at your own legal risk.
10) Anyone not on camera shall wear shoe coverings.
11) Please clean up after yourselves.

Our design forward space was decorated with items from flee markets from around the world and an old library. Combined with our custom furniture, guests feel a warm comfort that is hard to find in the heart of FiDi.
The event floor is flexible, able to be cleared of all furniture, setup for a theater style presentation, or modified for workshops in small groups. Our kitchen provides and ideal setting for a provided meal as well as a bartender. Peet's and Philz coffee, hot tea, spa water, and all place settings/utensils are included. The space is accessible from all of the Bay Area, being located right above the Montgomery Station.
The space is a 25,000 SF museum / event space located in Martinez, CA, and showcases original Cobra’s, Shelby Mustangs, Daytona Coupe, GT40, King Cobra, Sunbeam Tigers and a Lotus. The facility is available to rent for events and can accommodate up to 300 people. The theater seats up to 40 and offers 7.1 audio, and there is a board room/library for small groups, and a lounge that seats up to 80 that adjoins the large covered patio area and kitchen.
