Our space is totally unique. We normally function as a boxing gym, but have held fundraisers, had DJs and catering, hosted kids birthday parties, hosted adult birthday parties (some guys wanted to play poker while sitting in the boxing ring watching a UFC fight on TV), and have had many video shoots and photoshoots. It definitely has the feel of an old school boxing gym, but with high ceilings and a ton of natural light. We are also located about a mile from the beach.

We're so excited to announce that a new office has been added to the Beach House suites! Our only second floor office has beautiful large windows that cover the majority of one of the walls, allowing the space to flood with warm natural light during the day. Also lining the periphery of the space are a series of built in couches that are perfect for lounging with your laptop while sunbathing! The office comes equipped with an adjustable glass table island in the middle that can comfortably seat 4 people but can be separated to accommodate as many as 8! Along the side wall there are another two desks that can seat 2 but can also be adjusted to accommodate as many as 8 - creating a total of at least 16 seats at the tables as well as people sitting on the couches! One of the biggest perks of this office is the fact that it is soundproofed and shares a wall with a sound studio! This space is perfect for musicians as well as other creative types. This office is situated on the upper floor of the cowork. The office comes with 5 key fobs and 24/7 access to the Beach House and all of its amenities. Life is better at the beach!!
