Our film and photo studio was recently converted from a beachy bungalow, and boasts great natural light and a prime location. The studio is only one block away from the beaches of Santa Monica. The world famous Santa Monica Pier is less than a mile away, and Venice Beach and the 3rd Street Promenade are one mile away. The studio includes a small kitchen as well as a restroom, a driveway, and a quaint backyard.

This incredible open kitchen sets the perfect backdrop for cooking demos, tv shows, and so much more. Miele appliances (double oven, gas stove top, and double fridge) anchor the space for a high end cooking experience. A spacious 10' island with built in gas stove top offers plenty of counter space for chopping, prepping, and displaying kitchen appliances and gadgets. The oven features a variety of cooking settings including roasting, baking, steaming, bread proofing, broiling and more. The kitchen's neutral color palette of white oak cabinetry and white quartz countertops set a backdrop complimentary for a variety of shoot settings.
