Clients can request a fresh coat of white paint up to 48 hours before their rental for a $150 fee. The Cyc floor and walls must be returned in the same condition in which they were rented. Renters are responsible for the labor and materials to return the stage back to clean white per Studio's discretion. The Cyc may be painted a color other than white for a fee of $500 + the cost of paint and supplies. This includes necessary prep, paint, and dry time before and after the rental period to restore the stage to white. All painting must be done by Mainstage staff. All other painting requests will be discussed on a case by case basis.

This unique and transformative venue is housed on the second floor of a converted factory rich with history and character. The East side boasts a spacious 2,000 sq ft that can be used to capture your latest creative production. Where traditional meets modern; Le Loft is designed with the foundation of a minimalist aesthetic, showcasing natural elements and textures, with clean lines. By infusing modern pieces, and the intentional use of color and shapes, we have designed a vibrant and visually stimulating environment, with special moments throughout the space. The East Side features 12 ft ceilings, large windows, and an open layout, with lots of natural light. The space is light, bright, and modern; with a removable pink wall-canvas to allow for more flexibility for clients who want a clean, white backdrop for their event or shoot.
