This 1300 square foot corner loft is a bright space with 20ft floor to ceiling windows on two walls. East and South facing, lighting is ideal for photo and video shoots as well as events of all kinds. Occupied by two artist/designers, the apartment has various spaces within offering a variety of vintage inspired sets. The upstairs living area/VIP lounge overlooks the main room which consists of two additional seating areas, dance floor, bar, kitchen, and a funky music studio with daybed. The studio is separated by a velvet curtain that can be open or closed. For private events, the Loft can comfortably hold up to 75 guests with a bathroom on each floor. The massive walls are covered with immersive art installations and psychedelic inspired paintings and sculptures. For an additional fee media can be projected onto the walls. The railing contains sound reactive LEDs that track from the bottom on the stairs to the top of the Loft. Additionally, there is a 500 square foot balcony with ample seating, fire-pit, and heater over looking Bay View with visibility of the Bay to the East, Bernal Heights to the West, and beautiful mountains to the South. Combined with dozens of plants, the loft feels like an overgrown gallery/night club from the 70s.

This building was erected in 1930, formerly an industrial laundry facility, and now houses a collection of unique lofts in the hear of Oakland. Perfect for production, film, video, or photography, as well as an ideal art studio with a ton natural light filling the space. Are you a chef? You will love the open, clean and minimalist kitchen, with plenty of space and an aesthetic that is perfect for video of you and your wonderful creations. Our space is quiet and offers two laser projectors, overhead sound and comfortable chairs, full kitchen and bath, configurable setups, break out areas. Three white boards among other benefits. The studio was built in 1894 and converted to live/work spaces 2003. It contains exposed brick, hardwood floors, and raw industrial architecture. The light is incredible all day, we have large floor to ceiling windows facing north west and east. We also have a variety of beautifully curated props to pull from as well as a lot of free space to bring in your own vision.

This space is one of the few remaining and utterly beautiful lofts in San Francisco. Cherry wood floors, large windows, large open floor plan allows the furniture to be arranged for almost any kind of event. Large, well-equipped kitchen with two ovens and two refrigerators. We do have an in-house sound system, which gets loud enough. We have been hosting events for a few years in this space, usually on Saturdays.
