This is not your standard rental space. Originally built for a cobbler in the 1900’s,until it transitioned into a zinc foundry for the last 50 years. The foundry was even rumored to cast oscar awards at this very spot! We underwent a major renovation, bringing this little slice of history into a modern open concept photo-studio while maintaining it’s original industrial vibe. We’ve been delighted to host a variety of amazing projects and events. It's a boutique personal training gym with 26 foot ceiling. The entire western wall is exposed brick. There is a modern lighting design and a 15 foot garage door that opens on the southern end of the space. There are 6 parking spaces included. Budweiser and others have shot commercials here. This place looks like it could be in Dwell magazine.
