My space has a large living room that can fit up to 10 people. My space is very intimate and great for a small time shoot needing a living room/dining area or bedroom scene. Open kitchen. It is warm and gets a lot of light. It has lovely walls and a nice long hallway entrance. Rules • Clean everything up and leave it the way you came. • Food and beverages are permitted as long as care is taken to avoid spills. • It's appreciated but not required for models/staff to have separate shoes for indoor/outdoor (when not used as a photo space, the apt is a no-shoes space). • No smoking indoors. • All rentals include setup and cleanup time. • Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request. • Trash must be taken out at the end of your booking, and placed in the outdoor garbage located to the left of the building. • Street parking is available.
