The magical "Sparkl Palace" 1700 sq ft of pure artistic fairy fantasy created by artists Gabi Iwalani. The fist room is fully stocked with three vintage double door arched windows with access to the outside patio. The patio is white with a pink cement floor. This room features an elegant living room with a beautiful couch, two princess chairs, and a Disco Ball floating chair. Also featured in this room in a Holographic Piano adorn with an entire sky of Disco Balls. In the center of the room is a beautiful faux fire place and gorgeous crystal chandelier above. The other side of the room featured light up pink "BEAUTY" letter and a white bar. The second room features our iconic holographic kitchen and lilac mermaid dreamy dinning area. All of the cabinet are adorn with iridescent crystal knobs and luxurious sparkly hues. There are to crystal prism chandeliers that reflect mini rainbows all over the perfect lilac walls. The third room is our Pink & Pretty Sparkl design room. This is an extra add on room that is not included in the rental price unless requested. It features a PGM dress form, a wall of threads and materials, a mermaid scale cutting table, beautiful art capture from Sparkl Fairy Couture shoots and so much more. There is also full length mirrors as well a French crystal chandelier centering the room. This is a room where Sparkl Couture is made and we actually have the option for wardrobe add on's for an additional charge. Usually our full catalog of clothing and footwear is available for rent. The fourth room is our minty mermaid inspired bathroom. Adorn with a one of a kind mermaid scale shower curtain. Luxurious pastel towels and gorgeous art. The ceiling features our custom Butterfly chandelier that has unique LED color options. This is available for use for all tier bookings. The fifth room is our iconic "G Sparkl Sky is the Limit Princess Room" featuring an a baby blue room with a white ultra plush round bed. Over that is the blue iridescent and crystal canopy that drapes over the bed. On the side is a Holographic vanity and matching mirror that reflect back to a one of a kind white and hologram wardrobe. The floors are dressed in an ultra white carpet with baby blue accent carpets on the other side. On the far side of the room there is a mermaid inspired desk with a baby blue plush shell chair. Last but not least keeping the room extra cozy are the iridescent blue curtains with crystals drips. This room is an extra add on room and is not apart of the usual booking. If you deicide to book this room an additional charge will be applied. (No Shoes are allowed in this room) Last but not least there is a huge foyer perfect for hair and make-up or to store your stuff during the shoot. The studio room is fully equipped with two sewing machines, full photo studio, and giant cutting/ meeting table! Options include an on site photographer and videographer. We are located in a residential building so you will need to respect our neighbors and keep the noise down. We don't allow loud music or big speakers. Light music is okay for back ground noise and we have a shoes off policy when entering the unit. Once your are in the space we ask that you remain there for the full shoot as going in and out of the building is not recommended.

The most famous rooftop penthouse in Los Angeles and one of its first, The Oviatt was the brainchild and longtime home of James Oviatt (1888-1974), co-founder of the West Coast’s most prestigious haberdashery, “Alexander & Oviatt” / “Oviatt’s”. Sitting atop the legendary Oviatt Building and designed by interior architect Joseph L. Feil, the 1928 penthouse was L.A.'s first Art Deco residence. The custom-made furniture by Saddier et Fils, etched-glass windows by Gaetan Jeannin, and ceiling lights by Lalique were imported directly from Paris boasting the finest luxurious experience. In 1975, a year after James Oviatt’s passing, his widow, Mary, converted the then-uninhabited penthouse –virtually, a Roaring ‘20s time capsule– into an event and location shoot venue. To this day, the Oviatt penthouse and rooftop amaze and delight visitors and guests hosting their own celebrations who are fortunate enough to wander through and enjoy its glamorous spaces. The same space where James Oviatt’s Hollywood friends and industry titans once partied and imbibed, thumbing their noses at Prohibition.

Hi, How are you? My name is Chris and I am an Artist myself. I paint and recently, I have started acting myself as well...which eventually led me to open my space to others who may have the use for your own project. This is one unique space with a rich history and great vibe. Back in 50's and 60's, this location was where the big stars would dine and have a good time. Perhaps, a half century later, it is bound to happen again here. Great Location : We are located in Mid-Wilshire, near the freeways and public transportation. As long as your crews live in Los Angeles, it is convenient for everyone to commute and gather here. We also have plenty of street parking spaces available and a large parking lot right across the street that can be rented if needed. We offer some great features. Lights - Sitting at the top of the building, our Studio is bright and well lit.. On top of that, we added track lights in most of our rooms. You will greatly appreciate our lights. Roof Top Patio - We have a large and spacious roof top patio with artificial turf and a small garden. It has a great view of downtown LA and the Sierra Nevada mountains to the North. Filming and Smoking Permitted. French Tub - Our bathroom upstairs is spacious and has a large french tub right in front of a large window that provides a great view of Hollywood sign. It has a standing shower and two sets of identical wooden sink with warm lights on both ends. Its spacious layout provides an excellent angles for your camera and shots. Spiral Stairs and Balcony : The upstairs bedroom has spiral stairs and a small balcony like space right under the lights. It is made for Music Videos! Leather Studio - It is my leather studio and the entire room is covered with my murals. I paint emotions through the landscape. The overall theme of my studio is "Peace and Hope", and that is what you will find in my studio. It is available for filming with a few restrictions. This space is is a high rise building on the Sunset Strip in Hollywood. Has lots of floor to ceiling windows (13 ft. Tall). It has a good amount of film, music & photography equipment for use. Great for Film Scenes, Video Shoots, Interviews and Photo Shoots. We have the ability to record 8 tracks of audio if needed while your filming. There are 2 bathrooms, and main is set up as a Make-Up Room. Everything is easily movable and the place is kept fairly generic for the ease of shooting. I'm a music & film Director/Producer myself, so I can assist in Filming & Audio recording and post if needed. I do great BTS photos too! Fully vaccinated. We've often shoot celebrity interviews here (24K Golden, Muni Long, Michael Jai White & Group Love band).

With LED light set up around the glass windowed to wash the class with great ambiance. Blue LED strips set up all across by the pool table area and behind the TV stand to wash the white walls will have an amazing background effect. The light in the hallway, above the kitchen area and the bedroom are multi color LED light bulbs that are controlled via controller and app. Chandeliers are dimmable to at more balance and color effect. The classic art work and décor adds elegance and class.
