Hi, How are you? My name is Chris and I am an Artist myself. I paint and recently, I have started acting myself as well...which eventually led me to open my space to others who may have the use for your own project. This is one unique space with a rich history and great vibe. Back in 50's and 60's, this location was where the big stars would dine and have a good time. Perhaps, a half century later, it is bound to happen again here. Great Location : We are located in Mid-Wilshire, near the freeways and public transportation. As long as your crews live in Los Angeles, it is convenient for everyone to commute and gather here. We also have plenty of street parking spaces available and a large parking lot right across the street that can be rented if needed. We offer some great features. Lights - Sitting at the top of the building, our Studio is bright and well lit.. On top of that, we added track lights in most of our rooms. You will greatly appreciate our lights. Roof Top Patio - We have a large and spacious roof top patio with artificial turf and a small garden. It has a great view of downtown LA and the Sierra Nevada mountains to the North. Filming and Smoking Permitted. French Tub - Our bathroom upstairs is spacious and has a large french tub right in front of a large window that provides a great view of Hollywood sign. It has a standing shower and two sets of identical wooden sink with warm lights on both ends. Its spacious layout provides an excellent angles for your camera and shots. Spiral Stairs and Balcony : The upstairs bedroom has spiral stairs and a small balcony like space right under the lights. It is made for Music Videos! Leather Studio - It is my leather studio and the entire room is covered with my murals. I paint emotions through the landscape. The overall theme of my studio is "Peace and Hope", and that is what you will find in my studio. It is available for filming with a few restrictions. Living Room - Automatic backdrop with 3 color options (Gray, White, Pink) If you have a Music Video or Short film project... a big dream with a tight budget, you are lucky to have found us. This space is perfect for influencer photoshoots, movie shoots, commercial shoots, and social media. The space is well-designed, well-lit, and full of plants and feminine touches. It comes with a rustic brick accent wall with fairy lights and candles. The theme of the apartment is green and pink with touches of gold, white, and black. The space comes with a bathroom with a bidet attached to the toilet. In addition, there is a kitchen complete with black countertops, natural light, teal themed pots, pans and cutlery. The kitchen also comes with a Berkey water filter that will be filled for your shoot. Please keep in mind, this is a sacred space and no animal products are to be used in the kitchen. It's a strictly vegan kitchen.

The first floor is a ceramics studio (available through my other listing), the second floor is the dining/living room/spare bedroom, the third floor is the primary bedroom and large patio with grill and plants. There are two other additional balconies off the living room and primary bedroom. There is space for wardrobe and makeup as well. On the main terrace, which is covered, there is a view of the iconic El Royale building, and the Wilshire Country Club golf course. We have 3 terraces which can be used to shoot outdoor scenes.
