We offer our East Village store in Manhattan for filming, private parties, corporate mixers, birthday celebrations, seminars, concerts, fund-raisers, and company holiday parties. It is also available to rent for your own weekly classes and/or workshops. Our space is located on the ground floor on the 3rd street (between 1 ave and 2 ave) with big windows. The space is approximately 1,200 sqft with maximum occupancy of 74 people. There are chairs, tables, projector, refrigerator, freezer and free Wi-fi available to use. Outside food and drink are allowed to be brought in without extra fee.

ABOUT THE SPACE Located in Bed-Stuy, this space is a 3600 sqft subtle gem, combining a modern touch and renovation to many of its original 1868 features. Occasionally, other fees may apply depending on your needs, such as a special trash pick-up fee, early delivery fee, late pick-up fee, freight fees outside business hours, additional site visit fees, art removal fee, furniture moving fee (for special pieces), etc. All additional fees will be discussed with you as needed. Tiers, prices, and minimum hours may be different than shown on Splacer depending on rental category due to their settings. Please send an inquiry with a description of your project, not a booking request. Film and Video productions (as opposed to still photography) have an additional fee of +$200/hour (i.e. $150/hr (base) + $200/hr (film surcharge)) = $350/hr for film and video projects. This surcharge is due to heavier footprint, wear & tear, and EQ associated with these shoots. Additional costs: - 1x $500 Site Rep Fee - 1x $400 Cleaning Fee We require all bookings to put down a Security Deposit (5x hourly fee). This Security Deposit will be returned to your account within 5-10 business days assuming no damages occurred during your shoot. Someone from our team will be on site with you for the duration of the shoot to orient you in the space and also to verify that all rules are followed. We have a 10 hour minimum for all locations. If you book for 6 hours, you will be charged for 10 hours. You must let us know if your schedule shifts for any circumstance. The safest way to plan to avoid overages like OT is to schedule yourself for the full 10 hours even if you do not anticipate needing the full amount of time. Events and large impact network/commercial filming will require a customized fee schedule. We do not accommodate discounts and cannot be flexible with minimum hours. A certificate of insurance is required for all productions. Upon booking this location, it is required to sign a Location Agreement. No one will be permitted on set until this Agreement is signed. No nudity whatsoever. Heavy Equipment can’t be plugged into the location’s power network. Crews should be aware that the location runs on normal household power circulation and that they would need to arrange for an external power generator if they have any heavy EQ. The Location is not a professional ‘soundstage studio’. One side is a large gallery space with plain white walls for projection/photoshoots etc. The other side has multiple rooms. Ideal for music video, gallery shows, private classes, gatherings We have chairs and tables. Bathroom onsite. No smoking in the building. Treat the space as you would treat your own, and please put the space back to it's original condition when you leave.
