We have a silent HVAC system to keep the temperature and ventilation optimal for your production. We also offer 400 Amp 3-Phase Electrical Power, providing ample power for all your equipment. One of the most unique aspects about the home (besides the homey feel) is an in-home bar/pub in the converted attic space! Downstairs there is a modern updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining and living room, and finally two bedrooms downstairs and the bathroom. The main bedroom has a queen, the other bedroom has two twin beds. Upstairs the attic has been converted into a loft for relaxing and sleeping. It has a queen bed on one side of a partitioned wall, the other side has a high top table and chairs for sharing a glass of scotch or a beer. And not to worry, there are two window boxes for AC in the lofted area, so it stays cool during the summer! Capitol View is a historic neighborhood in Atlanta known for his beautiful craftsman bungalows mostly built in the 1930's. Another amazing quality, is that there is a cookie factory not far away, which literally makes the whole neighborhood smell like fresh baked cookies! This room is perfect for content creation, podcasters, and captivating photoshoots. On the left of the green wall, you'll find a delightful blend of old and new styles, where traditional materials and finishes meet contemporary design elements. This section is ideal for content creators, video shoots, and photoshoots, offering a versatile background for your creative endeavors. Take a step into the next section and be transported back in time to a nostalgic retro parlor reminiscent of the 70s. The walls feature rich brown wood paneling, emanating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.. A classic retro telephone from the 40s sits on a side table, showcasing the timeless elegance of days gone by. This space is perfect for capturing retro-inspired videos and photoshoots that aim to capture the essence of a bygone era. Finally, we have "The Pink Flower Wall," an area that promises a fun-filled experience. Adorned with pink floral wallpaper, complemented by wooden furniture and vibrant flowers, this section exudes the vibrant vibes of the 70s and 80s. It offers a playful setting for capturing videos and photoshoots with a touch of retro flair. In our retro-themed studio space, you'll find an array of distinctive areas, each thoughtfully designed to inspire creativity and provide a backdrop that celebrates the charm of the past. Whether you're a content creator, photographer, or videographer, our studio is the ideal location to bring your creative visions to life.

**All bookings must include setup and breakdown time.** *Our calendar is open up to 2-3 months in advance. Our weekends fill up quickly. If you have a date in mind you'd like to book, we'd recommend you book early. If you don't see times available on a particular date, that means the space is booked.* This unique 2-level event space is great for live music events, parties, television or film productions, photo shoots (backdrops and green screens available), video productions, podcasts, and more. There are three sections to this event space: 1) The front - which houses a bar and open space. 2) Upstairs with open space and stage. 3) Back Room/VIP Area - Open space with limited seating. Important Information: Our space is bookable 2 months in advance. That is reflected on our calendar. Dates further than 2 months away are blocked off on the calendar and will be updated as time passes. If your DJ does not bring their own speakers, you will need to utilize our sound system in order to play music. Our sound system fee ($150) must be added on to your booking if the use of our sound system is needed. If you need to use our sound system and your event incorporates live music or performances, you will need to purchase our sound package that includes a sound technician ($250 - 4 hours). Outside catering is allowed.

This is an excellent space for a variety of gatherings - business/product launches, art shows, pop-ups, brunches, photoshoots, at the soft loft you can make all your ideas become reality. Holds up 40-50 comfortably (standing). Along with the hosting space itself, there is a quaint waiting room with comfortable seating for when your guests arrive. A modern, black bathroom is available in the space as well, along with a full kitchen area at your convenience. Please note weekend rates are higher due to demand! Set up and breakdown time must be included in your booking hours. If you are needing to extend your booking past 12am, it will be a $150 an hour. If this applies please message the host and note that accommodations are not guaranteed. Be sure to also review the add on section for additional items to complete your booking! Two standard tables are included in the booking, and additional tables and/or chairs and must be purchased as an add-on at least 48 hours before your booking.
