Downstairs there is a modern updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining and living room, and 2 full sized bedrooms, 1 micro bedroom and bathroom. The main bedroom has a queen, the other bedroom has a twin bed and futon and the micro-dorm has a twin bed and mini fridge. Upstairs the attic has been converted into a bedroom, office and spa style bathroom. The bedroom has a queen bed and cuddle space and the office has a desk and fold out futon and mid sized refrigerator. Enjoy a modern and luxury event space suitable for all of your needs! Our newly renovated and upscale loft is located at the nexus of Atlanta’s most established neighborhoods. Only steps away from Ponce City Market. This is an excellent space for a variety of gatherings - business/product launches, art shows, pop-ups, brunches, photoshoots, at the soft loft you can make all your ideas become reality. Holds up 40-50 comfortably (standing). Along with the hosting space itself, there is a quaint waiting room with comfortable seating for when your guests arrive. A modern, black bathroom is available in the space as well, along with a full kitchen area at your convenience. Please note weekend rates are higher due to demand! Set up and breakdown time must be included in your booking hours. If you are needing to extend your booking past 12am, it will be a $150 an hour. If this applies please message the host and note that accommodations are not guaranteed. Be sure to also review the add on section for additional items to complete your booking! Two standard tables are included in the booking, and additional tables and/or chairs and must be purchased as an add-on at least 48 hours before your booking.

If there is smoking the client will be charged $1000 smoking fine! +No one will be admitted who is drunk or under the influence of an illegal substance! +The studio has limited rights to use of photos, film, and other media from each session or shoot for the intention of promotional content when granted in booking by client. +NO SMALL CHILDREN allowed in space. +Production insurance is not required for small projects +Production insurance IS REQUIRED for large projects +DAMAGES: You will be required to pay for any damages to the space/items. +Wall decor cannot be removed +We are not responsible for any injuries obtained during the duration of your rental so please be careful. General Rules: SOUND: The studio is not soundproof! If you plan a live recording, please let us know ahead of time so that we can limit the number of on site staff members and advise neighboring units. TIME: Load in and load out times have been included in your overall booking. You may arrive at our studio at most 15 minutes before your start time, and you must EXIT before your end time to avoid any overtime fees. We will not extend your booking if you are late. Please be aware that we schedule 30 minutes in between bookings in order to clean the space. EXTENSIONS: You may pay to extend your booking, however it would depend on our studio's booking schedule. Please inform a staff member of possible overtime at least 1 hour prior to your end time. FEES FOR EXTRA GUESTS: If more guest arrive during your booing than the number of approved attendees, you will be charged an additional $15 fee per person per hour. NO WEAPONS: Guests may not bring weapons, including firearms, explosives, and/or knives (even if they have a license to carry). Any guest in violation of this policy will be asked to leave immediately by a member of staff. Guest will also forfeit all monies. WHITE WALL MOUNT CLEANLINESS: We will provide show covers ("blue footies") for guest to wear when on the wall mount. Security The studio space is equipped with interior security cameras [located in all common areas], and exterior equipment [all both entry points] as an extra measure of security.
