We're a branding agency and photography studio that doubles as a rentable event space. Located on the Westside of Atlanta near the developing Beltline, we're close to the Oakland Marta station and only 10 mins away from Downtown Atlanta. The space is made up of five parts including the deck, lounge space, store, bathroom, and multi-use room. The door opens up to the lounge space, a big room with some seating, a few tables, half turf, and a air hockey table. The lounge space and store is separated by a door that is left open when the full space is rented out. The flooring in the store continues the turf theme and is completely covered. There are two racks, one that can be moved throughout the room or out of the room completely as well as one connected to the wall. Also featured is a bench, barrel, poster space, and adjustable lighting. Continuing through the hall to the back is the multi-use room or photography studio. Though its commonly used as a photography studio (featuring lighting and 8 different backdrop options) this room can also be cleared out and used for extra space or filming. It has a cool brick wall accent that covers 75% of the room. To the right of the multi-use room is the full bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. As entrepreneurs, we originally designed our home to host our own business retreats, but over time, friends kept begging to use it for their own team meetings and dinners. So we figured, why not let other groups enjoy it as well! The living room, dining room, conversation area, kitchen and sunroom are all open and allow for collective conversation as well as the ability to split into small groups. The dining table opens up to seat 12, but we've used folding tables on the end to allow for even larger groups. We also have a built in projector that is connected to our Apple TV and projects to a large blank wall. Guests are welcome to connect their computers directly to the projector (via a provided HDMI cable) or through the Apple TV or a Chromcast stick. Our outdoor dining area offers a dream kitchen with a griddle, an XL grill, a double burner and 2 warming drawers. We even have a Dutch oven station for the outdoorsy campers out there! Our outdoor table can seat 16 people when pushed together but can also divide into 2 tables accommodating 12 and 8 people. Up under a draping tree is our amazing fire pit. There are 8 dedicated adirondack chairs around it, but there is space for an additional 4 chairs. Do people leave immediately after your meetings? You will find that our home offers such a warm and inviting environment, that people will linger and talk far longer than anticipated. Even the quietest introvert in your group!
